Enjoy spectacular Keys sunsets from the observation deck of this beautiful bayside home tucked behind swaying palm trees at Mile Marker 76. Set directly on the bay, this property offers a peaceful setting and the perfect spot to relax with an ice-cold drink while watching the sun go down.
The main home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, while a detached apartment provides additional space with two bedrooms and one bathroom—ideal for families or groups traveling together.
Located in a quiet part of Islamorada, the home is just down the road from Anne's Beach, a favorite local spot with nature trails, boardwalks, picnic and BBQ areas, and sandy spots tucked within the mangroves.
You're also just minutes from some of Islamorada's most popular destinations including Robbie's Marina (famous for feeding the tarpon), Bud n' Mary's Marina, and Caloosa Cove Marina. Whether you're looking to rent a boat, book a fishing charter, or explore the water, everything you need is close by. Downtown Islamorada, including Worldwide Sportsman and the Islamorada Fish Company, is also just a short drive away.

Great location!

Location dock space and access to water was perfect. House was not as clean as expected, and there were piles of trash left outside the house that should have gone out to th curb the day we arrived. All in all the pros outweight the cons, will stay in the future.

SO glad you loved the house and hope to see you back again soon. As for the garbage, unfortunately in Islamorada, we have strict garbage rules. Cans can only be put out and brought back in on certain days. You were right in between pick ups. Alsome water front, house was clean but a little outdated. bottom floor was disappointing, Not very inviting, needs to be updated.

Excellent location Property needs attention

Excellent location. We knew the decorating was dated from the listing photos. There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed; the shower door in the master bedroom bathroom falls off, the doors squeak and the locks are sticky. the mattresses could be replaced. We would return due to the location.

Poorly maintained proptery

On arrival 2 bags of trash laying in yard, ants found in both bedrooms on the second floor, AC not functioning on the second level (temp in house 88), the nicest HVAC guy came out to work on AC!, master bathroom tub facet broke and we couldn’t turn off water (plumber called out), gas grill had NO gas, master bath shower door would not stay on rails, hall bathroom shower would not drain hardly, chipped glasses put in cabinet for use( my grandkids found this out unfortunately). I will say that the property manager did call for people to come out for AC and tub. AC problem could have been avoided had proper maintenance been done (unit was new as of June 2021 according to property manager) It was clogged up with dirt, etc. and need a new capacitor, and the coils were frozen. We arrived at 3 ish pm and the AC could not be turned on until 8-9 pm. The property manager did reduce our rental fee by one day which was very nice of her. The house is older and needs regular maintenance, it was pretty clean. Also, ground floor unit had a very bad strong odor. The bedroom with the twin beds had dead bugs between the sheets. Probably from sitting made up for quite a bit between rentals maybe. The access to the water was great and there were lots of fish to see. Even had manatees!

Thank you for your review. Good or bad we appreciate them. ANY maintenance issue we have, like at your own home, we jump on the quickly, like AC. These things happen. The AC is new and serviced, salty air is pretty tough on appliances. And yes, this is an older home, we advertise and explain it that way. It's amazing views, dockage, and comfortable furnishings make it a home guests book year after year. Tough to get in to. We are happy you had a wonderful stay. Not every home fits every family. Hopefully we made your stay right and we will see you again soon! Stay well.

Beautiful Setting

Very quiet and private property with breathtaking views all day long. Nice dock for your boat or for fishing. If your an outside person, you will enjoy this property. With the downstairs apartment, it allows for a nice area for your family or friends to stay.

Prima belliggenhet - elendig standard og mottakelse

Beliggenhet er flott og etter annonse, men standarden på huset er meget slett, tydelig at utleier skal spare på kvalitet og tjene maksimalt. Skitne og flekkete møbler, rustent kjøleskap i kjellerleilighet, kun 2, 5 solseng til 8 voksne leietakere. Morken bade-dør i kjellerleilighet, gjen-malte eller rustne vinduer som ikke lot seg åpne, soverom i kjeller der aircondition står i rommet og lager så mye støy at den må slås av om natten. Stygt sparklet terrasse med skarpe kanter som kan skjære opp tærne. Møkkete tepper som vi måtte støvsuge. Verst av alt var mottakelsen etter 16 timers reise, måtte vi lete oss frem til nøkkelboks hos utleierkontor, fremfor at denne satt på veggen på huset. Helt mørklagt bolig da vi omsider fant den, da vi åpnet døren luktet det så ille med mugglukt og innestengt hus, at vi måtte starte leieforholdet med full, utlufting i 3 timer før vi kunne legge oss. Så ikke snurten av utleieselskap, unntatt da vi meldte at en skadet terrassedør hadde sprukket, på grunn av at vinden tok tak da vi skulle gå ut på terrassen. Bilder sendt men vi ble litt mistenkeliggjort selv om vi kunne dokumentere at vinduet i døren var ødelagt da vi kom. Annonsen lyver om standarden på selve huset, det står ingenting om at vi hadde to separate leiligheter og at 3. etasje var helt avlåst. Ikke noe lys på hovedterrassen så den ikke kunne brukes på kvelden. Føler meg skikkelig lurt ut fra prisen jeg måtte betale. Man kan ikke montere aircondition- anlegg inne i et skap på et soverom. Rettere sagt et bunkersrom. Beliggenhet reddet oss fra å kreve et annet sted å bo. Kjellerleilighet ble kun brukt til soverom, resten var vi i hovedleiligheten. Vi bør få erstatning for den store leiesummen vi betalte, og eier bør få denne meldingen for å hindre at andre blir tilsvarende lurt.
