Sherkston Shores 3BR Resort Home!

Summary:
Welcome to Sherkston Shores Resort! My home has 3 bedrooms with one queen bed, one double, a bunk bed and sofa bed to sleep 6 ppl! A 4 SEATER golf cart is included in the rental to help get around the resort! There are 2 parking spots and a large free lot beside my unit. You will have beach access, water toys, and dozens of other amenities like water slides, splash pads, pickleball & basketball! The water park is a separate fee for access, while other amenities are included in the rental.

THERE ARE NO TOWELS, LINENS, PILLOWS, BLANKETS PROVIDED - NONE AT ALL YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN!!!!

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to my home and full access to the entire resort and all its amenities, with the water park being a separate fee paid at the resort. There is a 4 seater golf cart included with your stay. NO LINENS OR TOWELS OR BEDDING IS PROVIDED

Getting Around:
WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING, LINENS, TOWELS YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN

- NO PETS ALLOWED !!
- WE DONT PROVIDE TOWELS, LINENS, OR ANY BEDDING AT ALL
- The guest booking the reservation MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD. The resort will not allow groups under the age of 25 to book, without someone 25 or older
- Linens are NOT included and guests must BRING THEIR OWN. Guests must also bring their own blankets and pillows. We only provide the beds themselves.
- ALL guests age and up 6 MUST PAY a $16.95 registration fee (per person). This is required by the resort in order to gain access on arrival. Guests who do not pay this will be turned away at the gate
- PHOTO ID of everyone age 6 and up is MANDATORY and the resort needs this submitted as part of the registration process
