Located toward the end of a dead end street tucked right off of Main Street In Lincoln, this single family house is the perfect spot to enjoy all that the White Mountains has to offer. Easily walkable to several restaurants and shops, and just a short drive to area attractions like Whale's Tale, The Kancamagus, and the Franconia Notch. You'll love being right in the center of it all!

Enter up a few front steps into the main hallway. On the first level, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a full living room, a kitchen and dining area, and a full bathroom with laundry. There is a sun porch off of the kitchen with a futon for extra sleeping. This space does not have central heat, but does have a space heater. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a full bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a second full bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE- there is a gravel driveway with space for 2 cars total.
This is a family home and is not suitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours from 9pm to 7 am.
