Huge Family Home; Centrally Located in the Capital Region!!!

This is a really unfortunate review. We asked multiple times over a week ahead how many rooms and bathrooms you would need. We have never had a situation where three guests need more than two bathrooms. You did not tell us until the day before that you would have three guests. We ready three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both full. We asked you if there was anything you need three times during the day and you did not tell us until almost 8 o’clock on the night before check out that you had an issue with the window covering downstairs. You did not give us an opportunity to fix this. It’s a shame that your review states the whole house didn’t work for you because of a window covering. In the future, I would suggest communicating with hosts ahead of time and not waiting until the last minute to express your needs.
