The home is newly renovated, thoughtfully designed with hand-picked furniture to create a comfortable and stylish experience for our guests. Each bedroom features a unique design inspired by different regions of New York State.

The fully outfitted kitchen has everything you need to entertain a small family or a large group of up to 12 guests. It’s spacious enough for multiple people to cook together, and the Transformer table adjusts to seat up to 10 guests. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island, and there’s even more space to gather outdoors for those perfect summer days.

Downstairs, the game room is ready for fun—featuring arcade machines with many different of games, air hockey, and shuffleboard tables. A TV is also available so you can watch your favorite shows or movies while you play.

Unwind in the evenings on the patio with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, surrounded by cozy string lights as the sun sets and the stars come out.

The fully fenced yard is pet-friendly and perfect for up to two pre-approved dogs (an additional cleaning fee applies). No cats or other pets allowed.

What an amazing stay!! Everything was clean and comfortable. Lots of games and rooms!! The hot tub was amazing on a chilly night, distillery right across the street, and lots of things in close distance. Would definitely stay again!!

The home was perfect for our large group in town for a sports event. We were minutes away from everything. The beds were comfy, the house was immaculate, and the amenities included were perfect. This house is BEAUTIFUL. The code didn’t work at first but they responded in minutes and opened it remotely and reset the code. Everything was super clean and lovely. They thought of everything….even baby cups, spoons and high chair. I would definitely reserve this place again.
