We had a great stay and were very pleased with the condo. The grounds and the pool were clean, convenient boardwalk to the beach, great location in town and to watch rocket launches. We found puzzles, folding chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and beach toys left from prior guests which came in handy. We would stay here again!

Pool was growing algae both of them. We didnt even bother getting in. The ocean was pretty rough so that was a bust. The condo kinda smelled moldy.i found the source you may want to bleach out the closet that has the air handler in it.

Really great place! Great for our family with easy access to a nice uncrowned beach! Pool is okay. Small and strict rules- but it’s there and clean. Condo was very functional, and clean. Everything worked as advertised. There was a stash of beach things that has been passed down including boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and balls. The view is wonderful. Kitchen is nice and stocked with most utensils.Overall a great place! Could use a few family games. And a vacuum!!! Other than that- fun place!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is fantastic! Perfect view and easy walk to the beach. Property was clean, but a bit musty. Beds, bedding and towels were incredibly low quality and very uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basic utensils and the washer and dryer worked great. Living room couch was comfortable. Balcony had chairs and small table that worked great for sitting outside and listening to the waves. Potential renters should plan to bring paper towels, toilet paper and extra trash bags. A broom is provided, but no dustpan. We took a chance when renting this property as there were zero reviews when booking. Overall, property was accurate to the listing and in a great location for the beach. But, not a comfortable stay due to low quality of the bedding lack of certain amenities.

The condo was beautiful, but a couple of suggestions. You need a full length mirror somewhere, there should also be spices, salt & pepper, etc., also additional blankets. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
