Great unit! Just as pictured. Beautiful beach view from the balcony! Kitchen was particularly well appointed as far as appliances - even had a Keurig pod coffee maker as well as a regular drip coffee maker. The handicap equipped showers were greatly appreciated by us (and was a primary reason for selecting this unit). The entire unit was really well done and comfortable.

Perfect family getaway

This was our first time at Cocoa Beach. The property was perfect for our family of 4 - including mom, dad, 14 and 12 year olds. The kids shared the dual room and had plenty of space. We also tried out the murphy bed in the living room and found it a nice addition in case additional sleeping space is needed. The condo had very nice appliances, beds, and plenty of towels and linens/pillows. We appreciated the beach towels that were provided. The condo is in a great location we thought. About a 10 minute drive to most of the popular restaurants, grocery and pier. Beach access is very nice and didn't feel overly crowded, even when the crowd picked up during 4th of July week. The property manager was very responsive and very nice; definitely 5-star customer service. Our only compliant, if we had to list one, was the slower elevator.
