Although constructed as a 5 bed, 4000 sq ft luxury villa, ‘The Palms’ has been professionally furnished as a large 4 bed for up to 8 discerning guests. It will appeal to those seeking a much grander than the typical 2000-2500 sq ft home. It has a large south-facing pool and deck area, not overlooked, within half an acre of beautiful, landscaped gardens. The home stands on an oversized corner lot within a quiet, select residential area. We also own the lot behind the house, to the rear of the pool area, which is fenced and grassed for extra privacy.

Three of the four bedrooms are American King-Size (6 inches wider than UK Super King-Size) Master en-Suites. The third bathroom can optionally be shared with the 4th twin room (2 x separate single beds), accessed from the bedroom corridor via a separate lockable door. The home is therefore ideal for three couples sharing, each having their own USA King Size master en-suite.
