Our stay was cancelled by the owner 30 min before we arrived with no explanation after it had been booked for months. We had to scramble to find a new place to stay.

The unit was beautiful. I would definitely rent this unit again! The photos didn't do the room justice. Our only complaint with the unit was the air-conditioner leaked on the the balcony making the carpet wet. As far as the facility goes, it was very nice. Our only concern was when it rained, they locked the direct access from the beach to the building via the pool. Guests had to walk around to the front of the building to get back in. Otherwise the facility was very clean and well maintained.

They cancelled my reservation 3 hours before i was to checking in. I was sitting in the resort waiting and they cancelled it with little explanation and no alternatives. Just ghosted me. These people are so shady, do not rent from them EVER!

Room was dirty when we arrived. It was never cleaned. Dirty towels and sheets still in the tub. Trash in the kitchen. Bed was dirty. Room was never Ed cleaned from the previous reservation. No way to get in contact with the host.
