Escape to your ideal island retreat! This top-floor condo on stunning Sanibel Island offers uninterrupted beach views from a spacious private balcony—perfect for enjoying the sunshine and sea breeze. With elevator access, this serene and comfortable unit is ideal for families or friends seeking a relaxing coastal getaway.
Inside the Condo:
Step into a bright, open living area designed for comfort and connection. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony—so you can greet the day with sweeping ocean views. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and a second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space.
Enjoy meals at a dining table that seats six, and cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer in the unit make extended stays convenient. Central air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort, while complimentary WiFi and TVs offer entertainment and connectivity.

Being originally from Switzerland, we are passionate international travelers and have explored many corners of the world. Since 2008, we’ve owned Timeshare Condo 1C at Shell Island Beach Club in Sanibel and have cherished returning each November to unwind with family and friends.
