We loved our time in your home! It was very clean, had everything we needed including beach stuff! The beds were so comfortable! The pool and yard are prefect! Nice having corn hole game as well! Kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. The decor was so cute. Really felt like home! Would definitely stay there again!!

Wonderful stay, even though the weather was cool. The only problem I had was that the refrigerator freezes everything. Perfect location, comfy bed, and quiet neighborhood.

We loved this clean, tastefully decorated home. It was super family-friendly for kids and the screened room patio area and pool are beautiful. The home was well-stocked with lots of really thoughtful big and little touches to make for a comfortable stay. The bar area was really neat too! The kitchen was well-stocked and the towels, sand toys, umbrella, cooler, and sunscreen were much appreciated. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive and went out of his way to be helpful. The location close to the Sarasota airport was also a bonus and our littles loved watching the planes go overhead (and SRQ has a really neat observation area/playground for kids and adults).

What a great vacation! Dan is an exceptional host. We had a couple of questions during our stay, and his response time was always very quick. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed. Stores and shopping were also conveniently close by. We would highly recommend and if we’re ever back in the area, we would stay here again. Thank you Dan and family.
