3BR + LOFT Totally Renovated in 2026, on Water, NEW HEATED SALT WATER POOL!

Welcome to The Tipsy Seagull at River Pointe! Ideally located - just minutes from I-75 and the NEW Marketplace shoppes and restaurants at Heritage Harbor.
The ENTIRE inside of our home has been completely renovated in 2026… new photos coming soon! The large master suite with sliding door to the pool has a
King size bed, spacious master bath with oval tub, twin vanities and walk in wet room shower. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has
two twin beds. Also, in February 2026 a brand NEW heated Salt Water Pool with sun deck and waterfall replaced the old small outdated pool. The pool area with brand new and expanded patio faces south with sunshine all day long.
The pool area is screen enclosed and features a covered lanai with table and seating for 6, perfect for breakfast poolside. From the pool deck at waters edge you're just ten feet above sea level, providing
a relaxing overlook of our small harbor which is home to about eight boats which come and go during the day wending their way down the waterway to the Manatee and out to the Gulf. The ENTIRE home renovation scheduled to be completed in April 2026 includes NEW kitchen cabinets and countertops, new Master bath including large wet room with large walk-in shower and tub, all new flooring throughout entire house, freshly painted entire inside of house, NEW AC (2024), Brand NEW salt water pool built in Feb. 2026, and all bathrooms updated with new cabinets, shower tile, countertops and toilets, Updated pics coming soon!!

Outstanding property rental experience

We had a great experience renting this home. The owner was super responsive to everything with great communication, including what to expect for check in. This home was great! Great location,plenty of space,close to food and beaches. Pools was nice. While sitting by the pool we saw dolphins which was amazing! This home was stocked with everything we would need. I have never been to a VRBO stocked as well as this one.Also located in a lovely neighborhood. Check in was easy and communication was great. We will definitely be booking again!

Nice place for a family vacation

This house was a nice place for our family for the week. Great location, clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and pool toys. The host was very responsive to all questions. It would be nice if a wall was installed in the "loft" bedroom to help with the noise from the living room.

This house was beautiful. It is in a quiet neighborhood and located perfect for restaurants and shopping. The pool was excellent and well maintained. We were lucky enough to see manatees swimming in the river behind the property. Had all the amenities for fixing meals at the house. Very nice place!

Overall this was a great property. The house was very spacious and clean. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved sitting in the pool area looking at the canal. One day we actually saw a dolphin swimming!! Maybe a touch of sprucing up in certain areas, but overall it was a great stay... Thank you .

Terrific week

We so appreciated our week staying here. The house was exceptionally clean. We particularly appreciated the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and collapsable cooler available for our use as those are difficult to bring when arriving by airplane. The pool has sun nearly all day. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and close to a grocery. Kelly was very prompt to answer when we had a question. We will cherish the memories with good friends relaxing pool side and exploring Bradenton area a bit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

suited our needs

We had a lovely time in Florida. The house suited our needs and was spotless! Yes the furniture was dated, but we had everything we needed. The owners were great with communicating quickly and even sent new beach chairs and an umbrella when inquired about. The pool was small but still refreshing to just float around and warm enough for our grand baby! The addition of a pack n play was very helpful also. The drive to the beaches was anywhere from 25-40 min depending on time of day, and trips to Siesta or St Armands were longer, but still worth going to, since that is where the better shopping and restaurants were. The neighborhood was nice enough to take morning walks around and publix was 5 min away!

Week in Florida

First let me say the house was very clean and the supplies left there was something we never had before and we’ve been renting over 15 yrs., so thank you to the owners! Much appreciated! But on a not so positive note, that house is extremely dated, decor, furniture, everything is so old! Living room furniture is beat and the rug is filthy! And no king beds, just full/queen beds. We got ants all over the kitchen counters and lost a bunch of food too! Place has a beautiful spot but needs a huge renovation! The lanai doors have permanent black mold on them.

Thanks for the feedback. We are always monitoring the furniture replacement and the living room is next. The bedroom furniture upstairs is only a year old, kitchen table 2 years, etc. The house is treated regularly for pests, and actually was treated the week before you were there. I wish you had called to let me know I would have had the pest control come back out right away. The pool area was also just pressure washed the week before you were there, as we were there doing some maintenance and cleaning so I am unaware of any mold, but will have the pool people take another look to try and find.

More than we expected. Stayed July 2022

My husband, 2 sons, MIL and Mom stayed here for a week in July 2022. I wish my husband would have been more clear about what this home included because I packed way too much. This home is well supplied with house towels, beach towels, blankets, pillows, trash bags, any household items you will need on a daily basis. We were able to wash our clothes every day detergent was provided. The pool was a little chilly but not bad- thermostat said 76 however it was set to 89 when we got there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. Communication with the host was fast and polite. It is a bit of a drive to the beach but not bad. Coquina was so beautiful!! We would absolutely recommend this home to a friend and return to stay again.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have let me know about the pool temp and I would have had the pool company come right out to check on it. We keep the pool heater set to 86-88 year round, so not sure why the water temp would have been lower than that. Sorry about that. Kelly-property manager

Home Layout Perfect/Neighborhood feels 55+

The home layout was exactly as advertised and ideal for our family vacation. Unfortunately once in the home there was a notice from the owner of a noise ordinance of 10 pm - 8 am, which was not communicated during the booking process. Also a neighbor is even stricter and had a Sheriff on our doorstep at 9:45 pm for excessive noise. We had only two people swimming in the pool area and were out of the pool by 9:15 to be sure were able to meet the 10 pm guideline. While the home is advertised that kids are permitted, a family really doesn't feel welcome to enjoy the ammenities as advertised.

Christina - Again we are sorry you had that experience. The noise ordinance is not specific to our neighborhood or even to Bradenton alone. It is for all of Manatee county extending all the way out to Anna Maria Island. A neighbor of ours works a 3rd shift as a frontline hospital worker. Given the COVID situation we believe him to be working extremely long hours under much stress. For that reason, I believe you simply caught him on a bad day.

Hello! Thanks for your interest in our home. We live in Iowa the majority of the year. My family and I have been traveling to the Sarasota Bradenton area my entire life. Years ago my parents decided to build this house so they could spend more time in Florida. We have owned the home for 25+ years and frequent the area numerous times a year.

Why they chose this property

Living near the Mississippi River in Iowa my parents always wanted a property on the water. While we are not a boating family my parents fell in love with the view out back where its easy to spend time enjoying sunsets by the pool overlooking the canal.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many Florida homes, our home has an open concept with a 2 story great room. The view of the canal behind the house can be seen from the master bedroom and 2 upstairs bedrooms.
