The whole experience was amazing, located close to everything , the rental was a great size, amenities were fantastic. We will definitely stay again if we are on big island!
Very nice and clean inside and out. The host’s have thought of most everything you could need during your stay. The location is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of Mauna Kea off the lanai.
Everything about this rental was just perfect. The location, the size, the views, the neighborhood…….. perfect. The unit was clean and comfortable, the patio was so relaxing and it is perfect for 1 or 2 people.
The host was very responsive when I had a problem I created. I didn’t realize that I would not have T-Mobile coverage in the local area and did not save the directions on my phone. Not a problem on site because the WiFi was excellent. Property looked like the pictures, which I always appreciate. everything we needed
The host responded to any questions very quickly. It was a great place to stay with a soft and comfortable bed. Being in a gated community we felt very safe.The only negative about the amenities is that we had planned to use the washer and dryer but learned that there would be a 10 fee for that, which was not disclosed on the website, so we decided not to pay 10 to do a load of wash. In fact, the website indicated that the prices included all fees, and no hidden fees.So, we feel that the 10 washer use fee should be disclosed.

I believe we sent you a message about the possible $10 washer/dryer charge the day you Instant Booked. We try our best to keep the nightly cost down as much as possible so that guests who are not using the washer/dryer do not have this factored into their nightly price. Our water comes from a Private Well at Puu Lani Ranch which makes our monthly water bill $600 /month. One of most expensive in the State of Hawaii

I cannot comment on the above. The entry code l was given did not open the front door. Several calls to the owner (New Jersey area code) went to Voicemail and were not returned. Fortunately l was able to find a sofa to sleep on for 2 nights at a friend's accommodations. I'm currently preparing a letter to request a full refund.
This was a great location! We were easily able to get wherever we needed on the island. The room was spacious amd the beds comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!
