The Outpost is a 5-bedroom retreat in the heart of downtown Crested Butte, designed for gathering and adventure. It features three distinct king suites—the Irwin Suite (3BR + daybed), Tincup Suite (ADA King), and Cloud City Suite (Studio)—alongside a private entertainment lounge known as Floresta.

Guests enjoy in-suite amenities, 4 cruiser bikes, and ample storage for all your gear. With Elk Avenue and trails just steps away, The Outpost is the perfect basecamp for your next mountain escape.
Welcome to The Outpost — we’re thrilled to host you in our brand-new mountain retreat in the heart of Crested Butte. To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and to maintain the quality of our boutique property and neighborhood, please review the following:

1. No Pets
We love animals, but this property is strictly pet-free to maintain cleanliness and accommodate guests with allergies.

2. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products is not permitted inside the property or on the property.

3. No Parties or Events
The Outpost is located in a residential area. Parties, events, or outside guests are not allowed unless prior written authorization is provided by property manager. Please respect our neighbors and the peaceful nature of this community.

4. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outside.

5. Maximum Sleeping Occupancy: 11 Guests
Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

6. Parking
Use designated parking spots only. Please do not block neighbors’ driveways or park on the street overnight.

10. Check-Out by 10:00 AM
Our cleaners arrive promptly at 10:00 AM. Please leave the property tidy and follow the checkout instructions provided in your welcome guide.

10. Damage Deposit
A refundable damage deposit will be collected 3 days prior to your stay. Failure to pay the refundable deposit may result in a cancellation. We will make sure to give you plenty of notice to process payment in advance.

The Outpost

The house was perfect for our family! We were close to town and to the grocery store for convenient shopping. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms were en-suites.There is a separate building that is a very nice game/tv room which the kids enjoyed, and 4 bicycles. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking at home and had very nice appliances. This is probably the nicest VRBO we have stayed in! We hope to return soon!!
