Welcome to The Swedish Fish, we're so happy to have you! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a short 5 min walk to the beach, this house will have you feeling relaxed and refreshed. With keyless entry, 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths give everyone their own space.Fresh clean linens for every bedroom, and fluffy towels for every gues. Porches galore allow for morning coffee with friends or sunset chats over drinks. The in ground private pool and hot tub are always a hit after a long day on the sand.The outdoor shower, gives a refreshing rinse off to preview your beach tan. The Summer time is the best time in Nags Head with great nearby restaurants, mini golf, and local shops to check out.

Leave all used towels in the tub, Please strip beds- leave linens on pile on floor, Please leave bedspreads on beds
Return all beach items to closet Return cover to hot tub Pull trash cans to curb for Monday pickup
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove shoes while inside. Please no food or drinks in bedrooms. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Quiet hours start at 10 Pm till 7Am
We have a septic system and sensitive pipes, do not flush any wipes or sanitary products.
Any and all damages that exceed the damage deposit, will remain the responsibility of renting party..

Clean. Well stocked kitchen, many beach bikes and chairs, really convenient. House is nice and quite. We will look to stay here again. Hostess is attentive and quick to respond.

We have been coming to the outer banks for years, and every time we fall in love a little more. After retiring from Army life , we decided to purchase a beach house and share all the amazing things the Outer Banks has to offer.
My husband Tim and I grew up together on Long Island New York, we have 3 children Hannah(25) Emma(23) and Quinn(20). Tim and I manage the property ourselves, so you can be assured of a wonderfully cared for and clean house. We love spending time at the beach together, and doing crosswords. Tim is an Engineer, former Army helicopter pilot. By day I work in relocation and move management, at night I love to settle in with a good book, go for a walk, or have cocktails with friends

We chose this quaint and quiet street tucked just behind the beach road, because of the quick 5 minute walk to the beach, and to our favorite ice cream shop .

What makes this property unique

We love the Swedish Fish, with its many porches and decks, Especially our rooftop deck, for watching sunsets. Our thirty foot pool is refreshing after a day of the beach, or maybe some night swimming . A friendly game of pool is always a great way to end the day. Maybe some quiet time up in the reading loft with a book, or maybe a quick nap. Large kitchen and table will bring everyone together for a great meal, or head outside to the deck table for food, games ,or cocktails. Our screened in porch is a great spot to sit for morning coffee as you plan your day, or take some time before bed for quiet conversations.
