This condo is absolutely beautiful. Every room is comfortable and well thought out for guests. Communication with the owner was excellent and she went above and beyond to welcome us to her home. We can t wait to return!

This accommodation is outstanding. It is well appointed and is everything the listing states. The owner provided excellent communication. I hope it is available for next years Spring fishing trip to Norris Lake.

Relaxing 4 nights

Amenities are great. Internet access was perfect to work from home. Smart TVs for the older teen, comfy beds for all, pool access was a definite bonus especially for the six year old. Nice walking path and gazebo. Marina is accessible and walkable. Owner of the condo is responsive and helpful. The condo was great. Oh! Call the Waterside Marina ahead of time to coordinate a slip rental or if you want to rent a boat.

We had a wonderful stay at Kristy’s Waterside condo. The layout was perfectly suited for our family, and the property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious. Being situated right at the marina was a major highlight. All of the staff at Waterside Marina were incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities of the community are outstanding; we thoroughly enjoyed using the pool each evening and winding down by the outdoor fireplace after a day on the water.

We had an excellent stay at this condo on Norris Lake! The condo was extremely clean, very well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials, and the beds, linens, and towels were all very nice.The location was perfect, with convenient parking, a great view, and easy access to the marina and lake. Check-in and check-out were simple, and communication with the owner was clear, timely, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process.We rented a boat slip at the marina, and the marina staff were also very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This is an ideal place for anyone bringing their own boat or planning to rent one during their stay.Having the pool as another option was such a nice bonus. The pool and the entire facility were very well maintained, and it was a great place to relax when we were not out on the lake.We have rented numerous places at Norris Lake over the past 10 years, and this was by far the best experience we have had. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families, couples, friends, and especially anyone looking for a great boating getaway at Norris Lake!Thank you Kristy!!!T & G
