This beautiful 4 bed/4 bath home worked perfectly for our party of 4 ladies pickleball getaway. Quiet neighborhood, stunning sunset views from the 2nd floor deck. Great amenities, and when we couldn’t find and didn’t bring coffee filters, our host had them delivered within 20 minutes of my phone call. This was one of the best VRBO stays in my experience.

This is a unique beach home which has been totally updated in 2025. It is very spacious with an open floorplan with incredible views of the river . The home's location is excellent minutes to downtown St Augustine, Vilano Beach and about a 30 min drive to Jacksonville . Only a 10 min walk to the beach
