Four bedrooms and two sparkling bathrooms mean there’s room for everyone to relax and unwind. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up meals, whether you’re a gourmet chef or just want a quick breakfast before hitting the town.

But let’s be real: you’ll probably spend most of your time outside, soaking up mountain views and desert sun. The backyard is a true oasis, designed for entertaining. Take a dip in the fully gated, heated pool, challenge your friends to a ping pong match, or practice your putt on the mini golf green. Fire up the BBQ and eat al fresco at the outdoor dining area, then wind down beneath the stars.

Inside, the walk-in shower with custom tile adds a touch of luxury after a day of exploring. And with Phoenix’s best shopping, dining, and trailheads just minutes away, you’re perfectly positioned for adventure—or for doing absolutely nothing at all.

-We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated.
-The Fee to heat the pool is $35 per day and must be heated for the entirety of your stay. For those who are looking at staying 15 or more days, please message us for your pool heating fee.
Security Cameras:
-We have installed cameras at the sides of the house facing the driveway and Street. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the backyard.

Guest access
-The home uses an electronic Keypad for entry. The code and instructions will be provided before your arrival. Guests have access to the entire house
-You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. If you need anything, just send us a message.

STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am to be respectful of our neighbors. Violating noise ordinances is an initial $2,000 fine.

Overall was ok. Communication was not great after check in. Check in instructions were sent in good time and was easy Upon arrival the house smelled clean. Bed in the middle room was very soft and was only good for 1 person. Rooms each had their own TV and ceiling fan which was very nice! We booked this property for price point and intention of utilizing the outdoor space. The pool itself was clean and they had it heated as we requested. The cleanliness of the outdoor area was very disappointing. The furniture was dusty and dirty. Area around pool was the same. The outdoor kitchen was covered in dirt. Pool furniture was in rough shape with the cushions covered in rips with cotton falling out. The pool cover was partially rolled up which made it hard to enter the pool from that end. Tried to roll it up more but it was ripped and flaking everywhere. There was a floatie that was laying on the deck deflated and covered in dirt. Not sure if it was left there from the last people or intended for our use. Dirty sock hanging on fence. They need to take better inventory of the supplies they say they are providing. There was no coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher tablets and we had no extra toilet paper. Dish soap was almost empty. Security screen in living room beeped constantly b/c low battery. It took many calls to have someone come and look at it. The person arrived 2 hours after they said and showed up at 10pm, we were in bed. Overall was ok. But better care is needed in areas.
