Inside, you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, each with its own TV, dresser, and closet for easy unpacking and settling in:
• Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 double bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed with two full (double) mattresses. Great for kids, teens, or extra guests.
There are two full bathrooms:
• One features a garden bathtub and separate standing shower
• The other includes a traditional tub/shower combo
You’ll have two comfortable living spaces - a living room and a family room - perfect for spreading out, relaxing, or catching up on your favorite shows.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, blender, tea kettle, herbal teas, a full coffee station, and even fine china. A dedicated dining area seats your group comfortably for meals or game nights.
Step outside to enjoy the fire pit, patio set, and barbecue grill. Throw horseshoes, lawn darts or play cornhole; ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Welcome to Napanoch, a cute little hamlet tucked between Ellenville and Kerhonkson in the beautiful Hudson Valley.

A 3-minute walk takes you to the O & W trail that runs along the beautiful Rondout Creek where you’re certain to see some local wildlife.

Take a short drive to Lippman Park (7 mins) where there’s a playground, a large pond where you can fish, and bicycle trails suitable for all ages.

Dinner and a show anyone? Ellenville has their own unique restaurant row with Shadowland Theatre (8 min.) which puts on delightful live plays. Check out the brochure we provide in our home, scan the QR code, and decide what’s for dinner; Mexican, Italian, Korean, Jamaican…all within 10 minutes from the front door.

Then there’s Kerhonkson, with the delicious food of Mill and Main (8 mins). Kelder’s Farm is a must (13 mins). You can play miniature golf, pet farm animals or pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Or go over to Minnewaska State Park (10 mins) for a swim at one of the Lakes that comes with its own lifeguard. Or hike and see the amazing falls. There’s Arrowood Farms Brewery & Distillery (16 min.) with the best of local drink and food and right next door is Westwind Orchard where they make their own cider and vinegar. Every Saturday both places have live entertainment. How about some BBQ? The Outpost BBQ (7 min) is always fun. Let’s not forget Inness (16 min). They host weddings, offer a game of golf, and serve delicious dishes prepared by Chef Gabriel Salazar. If it’s a Friday night, you can go see the races at Accord Speedway (20 min).
