My stay at Syd and Berta's place was great. The property is clean, well stocked and located in a diverse and safe neighborhood. It's close to all major freeways and downtown is minutes away. I highly recommend this property. It easily accommodates two couples, families with a couple of children or three to fours friends.

The house was very nice and super clean. The host were very sweet and accommodating. It was close to all the attractions. We will definitely book this house again when we travel back. Pictures of this house just dosent do it justice.

Great stay. Lots of room for a family. Nice backyard sitting area. Everything worked well. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to reach Tampa tourist sites.

Lovely Spot

We were in town for a week painting murals and this was the perfect place to return to after a hot day of work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key and comfortable spot.

We where here for a Seminar in Tampa

This cozy house had plenty of room, the colors where very Florida fresh, we enjoyed our stay very safe easy to come and go. The house was very open and relaxing. Bertha and Sydney were very sweet hosts. Would stay there again.
