Great neighborhood. Family atmosphere. Only two blocks from the beach and downtown Bucerias. Brand new condos, three units on the property. Nice and peaceful property. Big outside garden area with patio and BBQ area for relaxing at the table or in one of the hammocks.
This listing is a big studio unit named "Sol" for Sun with a King size bed, sofa, full kitchen and bathroom. Walk in shower. Nice couch for extra guest if needed, send email.

All appliances and furniture are brand new. Private entrances, staff onsite keep property clean and are there to make sure your stay is the best. Lots to do in the area. Get a real feel for Mexico and it's hospitality.

Maid service once a week included in price. Additional maid service can be arranged. Meals can be prepared as well at an additional cost.

Property has nice open garden with hammocks to lay in after a long day at the beach. The top unit (Delfín) has a private roof top deck to relax and watch the sunset. Every unit is equipped with wifi, cable tv, a/c, stove and oven, along with all the other benefits of a home.

Shared laundry machines and common areas. Staff will do laundry for a tip.

Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! Will definitely be returning, and would suggest it many!

Excellent Location, Price, Staff

My husband and I stayed at “Sol” studio condo for two weeks. We really liked the location. It was close enough to walk to the beach and the restaurants in town but also far enough away to get a real authentic Mexican feel. The staff on sight were helpful and accommodating. I agree with the previous reviews regarding the roosters, walking under the highway, comfy bed, open hall next door etc so will not be redundant. If you are looking for a reasonably priced holiday with comfortable accommodation and owners that are friendly and helpful this would certainly work.

Condo Sol property

Great property and walking distance to the other side of the lateral. Nice garden area and the suites are lovely. Gas bbq outside and the gas ovens are great. Noise from roosters and the Gecko car rental compressors next door. Met other great Canadians to socialize with at our property. If you have questions about wifi, water, etc. contact the property Manager. It was nice to meet Henri. Patty the housekeeper does not speak English and may not respond promptly to requests so maintain communication with Henri. Shopping to Mega a bus ride or taxi ride away. Great neighbourhood to walk around during the day and mingle with the friendly locals and try their cuisine.

Perfectly located

Minutes from airport, Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita. It's perfectly located. I love that it has a pool and the yard It's just beautiful you could spend every afternoon there. You can also walk ti the bucerias beach and market. The kitchen has all essentials if you like to cook. We really enjoyed our stay.

Spent 16 nights at this property - Feb/Mar 2020 Good value for money spent. Property is great place to stay and visit the local town of Bucerius and surrounding area. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and downtown shopping. Taxi or bus service is easily available for the longer trips. We felt safe walking the streets. Henri and her maid service were very accommodating. The only downside to this property is it is on the opposite side of the lateral to the downtown and beach. You need to cross the highway using the pedestrian overpass or walk under the bridge. Highway traffic noise was not a problem, but be prepared for the crowing roosters. The locals also like to have there party on Saturday night, The Sunday market sets up right in front of this property, enjoyed shopping and visiting with the vendors. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed staying here.

We loved it here and would consider staying here again. It is across the highway from the town and beach but that is not a problem. We used the pedestrian overpass or when the traffic was quiet we just walked across the highway. The underpass was too congested for my liking; buses, cars, trucks,motorbikes and atvs. Too much traffic. We always felt safe walking home at night. The people of Bucerias are very friendly. The walk to the beach was about 10 min. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs and the sun umbrella supplied were greatly appreciated. This place has a very nice floor plan and furnishings. Much bigger than expected. Good location for taking bus to the Mega for groceries. We also took the bus to Le Cruz for the Sunday market. Chedraui and Wednesday market in walking distance. Longer walk but bus also goes there. All in all a nice place to stay.

Clean and compact

Nice little studio apartment right in a Mexican neighbourhood. We felt safe. Very clean in a three unit house with interior courtyard. Had everything you need (but no hairdryer - bring your own). Owner was accommodating and the staff person on site was friendly. She doesn't speak English, so practice your Spanish phrases! Owner supplied a beach umbrella and towels when asked. Location is as promised - close to to the beach, but it is on the other side of the highway. Although not far, this is a bit of a barrier as you must walk under the highway through the arroyo to get to the nicer part of town. I've rented many VRBO properties around the world, and so I would suggest to the owner that they create a guide to the property such as how to open door locks, access, cleaning, garbage, suggestions on good tours that they recommend, restaurants, groceries/markets etc. That is always helpful when you first land in a new place, and although the internet is great, it can take a while to find things.

excellent location, mostly quiet (early morning roosters excluded)

The property is new, clean, all essentials included. The court yard is big and lovely. The price was right! The bed was comfie! The noise from the social open air "hall" next door was tolerable but only happened Sat and Sun. The owners were eager to respond with quality service. Hope to return next year!

Above and beyond in every way!!

This property is located about a 5 minute walk from the main area, beach and restaurants in Bucerias. It is safe, and the unit is gorgeous. The unit is in a locked building. Bucerias has a beach that is fantastic for swimmers who don't want the waves of the ocean to be as strong as other areas, and the shallow segment goes out quite a way before dropping off. I was comfortable sitting on the beach while my grade schoolers played in the ocean and on the beach (when I was not swimming with them). The restaurants are fantastic and inexpensive. There are grocery stores within a short drive or cab ride, too. There is an extensive market for shopping. The owners were beyond amazing, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They even brought us sparklers and a bottle of sparkling juice so we could celebrate New Year's Eve after a long travel day. They have lived in the PV area for years and are a great source of ideas for things to do if you need more ideas. My family and I 100% recommend this property and these owners. In fact, we are already planning a trip back, and will definitely be staying at their property. Only caveat is that roosters may wake you in the morning. We did not mind at all since it adds to the authenticity of the experience, but if you want an ultra quiet experience, the roosters impact that.

We chose this property because of its location. Local Mexican charm, out of the hustle and bustle a short 5-8 minute walk from the beach or downtown. This property has all the nice comforts of home. We liked the more spacious living areas (usually hard to find in a property down here) nice size bathrooms. Big beautiful backyard garden with Mango, Papaya, guava, coconut, and lime trees. Fruit is for everyone, not to forget our pineapples as well.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Come home from a day at the beach or adventure, shower off in the outside shower, lay in a hammock, BBQ (gas grill) the fresh fish and shrimp you picked up from the fisherman at the local market have dinner on the garden patio table.
