This 3-bedroom house across from the harbor in Quinby, designed after the Paramore Life Saving Station, is perfect for your escape. With 2 beautiful Master suites (King & Queen beds) and Bunk bed (Double Duo bunks, Twin over Full) there's plenty of space for guests to enjoy.

This 11 acre waterfront property offers a pond with fountain, Indoor sized-down Pickleball Court, courtside Bar Area with sink and 70" TV, Ice Machine, WiFi, AC, W/D and more for your convenience.

A boat slip is available for your use at the harbor.

The two Master Suites (one with pack n' play in closet for baby)are lovely and kids will love the ship inspired Bunk room with loft and bean bags above. The pond on property is great for fishing or trying out the kayak. All Smart TVs in Bedrooms, Great Room, Sunroom and Flex space. Fire pit with 8 Polywood adirondack chairs will make for some fun evenings enjoying the peaceful private pond. Propane grill and 2 large Polywood tables for outdoor entertaining. At night, watch the stars from your upper deck in bar chairs.

Amazing! Beautiful inside!

What a great time we had at Harbor Point Station! We went to the beach, came back and had a cookout and played pickleball. We used the boat slip and explored the waters, enjoyed the nearby fireman’s carnival and came home to a huge firework show that we could watch from the upstairs patio! S’mores at the firepit, catching fireflies, and the kids and adults fishing out there felt very nostalgic! Thanks for your quick response and for your cell number when we had a question. Conveniently located, beautifully furnished and well equipped, we loved our time there and are already planning another trip!

We are a family who loves to travel -- especially to water. We live in Virginia Beach but have places in the OBX and Eastern Shore. Our kids favorite memories are those we have made in some far away location that created great bonds to this day!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Quinby because of the wide open feel, the pond and navigable waters, and the safe, quiet aspects of small town living. You can get away but still have everything you need a short drive down the road.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on 11 acres of waterfront, we were happy to find a place for our boat at the harbor right by us, and views looking out all of our windows. Our house here is something to be enjoyed all year with the indoor games and outdoor fun. Beautiful place to make memories and even to host a wedding too!
