Wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood. Great location just a few minutes walk to the beach! House was immaculate with a very well appointed kitchen. More than enough room for our group (2 couples and one teen). We had a fantastic time cooking meals, playing games and walking the beach. Would definitely come back to this great spot!

New construction house, great layout, everything works, one of the nicest houses on Vrbo. Everything there for cooking, watching movies on big screen TVs with soundbars and sub woofers. Nice woods on either side of property. Plenty of parking.

This cozy yet roomie beach Cottage was one of our favorite vacation rental stays so far. We loved the easy walk to the beautiful flat beach, which was about three blocks. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio. Plenty of comfortable living space, beds, and towels, blankets & linens. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Note: bring your own body wash/soap and shampoo/conditioner for this VRBO. Laundry soap is provided. Enjoyed exploring the Oregon coast for a few days from this beautiful spot.

Our stay at Nedonna Beach was fantastic. The house was exactly as described and pictured. This unit was the most well-appointed one I’ve ever stayed in. Beach access was quick and easy and the beach was beautiful. One thing to note, if you’re needing groceries, there’s a Dollar General nearby and more groceries in Tillamook, but not a full on grocery store in Rockaway Beach. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this property. Check-in was easy.

Exceptional modern home close to the beach. The house is well stocked and well laid out. No road noise. Central heat and AC. Blackout blinds. Host is excellent. We had no issues and no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.
