The main house has two master suites (one with a king bed and the other with 2 queen beds), a spacious gourmet kitchen with island and an eclectic and comfortable living room. Also, a large wraparound island-style covered lanai provides a wonderful place to relax and enjoy spectacular views of the famous Robert Trent Jones Sr. golf course and the ocean beyond...Perfect and protected indoor/outdoor living. A separate, private king bedded suite is accessible through a tropical garden and rounding out the bedrooms, is a fabulous and brand new bunk room that is comfortable for guests of all ages with 2 queen bunks on bottom and doubles on top.

Amazing Villa!

This house is a dream - extremely well maintained, beautiful views and access to Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches, pool, golf etc. Our family had a perfect holiday vacation and definitely plan to return. The property managers were responsive, helpful and helped make our stay seamless.

Gorgeous property

This beautiful and well stocked home was a delight for our family trip. We all hope to be able to come back again. The home has particularly beautiful landscaping which we all appreciated daily. Thank you to the teams who helped answer questions and who provided information that helped make the trip excellent.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful house for our group of 10. The 2 main suites are inside the house are more than spacious, the outdoor suite quiet & serene and we especially loved the bunk room. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked...had every dish, glass, platter, & appliance we needed. Great BBQ & lovely dining table out on the deck with a gorgeous view. We loved our time here!

Great, unique property in an ideal Mauna Kea resort location

This was a great property and our family of seven had a great stay. It's very well appointed, stocked, and nicely decorated. We got the sense that the owners really care about this property and likely spend more time at it than other properties that we've stayed at. Generally everything was in working order and there really wasn't anything we had trouble with. The kitchen has all kinds of cooking tools and serving ware, and there are a ton of games available in the living room.The management team were responsive and helpful for the minor questions we did have.One thing other guests may want to know is that this property is a little bit more "authentically Hawaiian" in design that most other luxury homes we've stayed in. That means the outdoors and indoors are not sharply separated - the dining room is on the outdoor deck area. The common areas of the home are ventilated by traditional louvered windows (AC in the bedrooms only). You probably will see a friendly gecko crawling around the ceilings. You'll hear birds in the morning and the wind if it's windy. If you don't like these kinds of things, this probably isn't the ideal property for you. This was advertised pretty clearly, and we have no complaints.

Amazing property with wonderful hosts

Property was everything we could have hoped for. We had a small gathering of family and had a wonderful time. The views of the course and ocean are spectacular, the pool was comfortable and deep, and the views of the stars at night amazing. The property manager gave plenty of great recommendations and made it easy to navigate. Would definitely rent here again.

Hawaiian Wedding Family Vacation

Stayed in this great house with extended family while we were on the Big Island for a family members wedding at the Mauna Kea Resort Hotel. This property was great that we had more space to relax as a family while being a very short to the resort hotel where we were still able to take advantage of the amenities. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Mauna Kea house

The views from this property were incredible. Four couples stayed for a birthday celebration. We all had privacy because of the layout and design of the house. Privileges at the Mauna Kea and Hapuna Prince were added amenities. The accommodation of the property manager for an extra night’s stay was especially attentive to our needs. My husband and I have stayed at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel many times. I prefer the flexibility of the residences. Perfect for a family or friends gathering.

Great home in a great location

Very comfortable home that had a perfect layout for two families. Beautiful indoor/outdoor living with spectacular views of the ocean. Very close to the Mauna Kea hotel and beach. 5 star!

Beautiful place

We spent a week at this property during Christmas break. This place is beautifully built and decorated. The view is breathtaking, especially during the sunset. We loved how the landscaping is done as well. The whole place is simply beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped as well. Kai and Cameron were very responsive and attentive. My kids loved having their rooms in the back which gave them more privacy. The reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the following three reasons: the lack of air conditioning in the living room, the size of the pool, and the level of housekeeping upon our arrival. Not having air conditioning in the living room felt ok except during the sunset. The living room and the kitchen area felt quite hot for us during the time. Also, we wished the pool was slightly bigger. Other than that, the place was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place to others!!

Great vacation spot!

Our first time in the Big Island and it did not disappoint! The house was very comfortable and perfect for our family. Views are amazing and the beaches at the Mauna Kea and Westin are great! Just a short drive over to the beaches but they are perfect for swimming. We’ll be back!

Perfect!!

Our family stayed in this house to celebrate my mother’s 75th birthday and it really couldn’t have been more perfect! It was a perfect location and the home was absolutely beautiful with its pool and ability to open the home to the outdoors for breakfast, dinners and family time overlooking the ocean. There was convenient access to the resort and its beaches and it was easy to explore the the north side of the island and villages from this location. I highly recommend this home for a family vacation!!

Wonderful Family Vacation Rental

We rented this home for 18 days in August to celebrate a birthday. For the first ten days we were joined by our children and grandchildren (ages 6 to 13). The bunkroom was perfect for the grandchildren: if they weren't at the beach, in the pool, playing in the yard, or sightseeing, they gathered in the bunkroom to cool down and play games, read or watch TV. We were joined by adult family members for the remainder of our stay. We all enjoyed the amazing outdoor living space and we'll always remember eating dinner outdoors during a rain storm without getting wet. The kitchen was very well-equiped. The AC in the bedrooms was really appreciated. We enjoyed the restaurants in Kawaihae and be sure to shop at The Fish House for fresh ahi and poke. We've already recommended this house to others for a great vacation.

Fantastic stay

We rented this amazing house over President's Weekend. Our time there was incredible as the high end home. It had everything we could ever wish for. The setting is incredible on the outdoor living space. We had sunset dinners each night of our stay. The rooms were immaculate with lots of tastefully chosen furnishings and comfortable beds. Anne and Kai were fantastic to work with and had everything ready for our stay. We will definitely come back.

Amazing House with an Amazing View

We just stayed at this amazing house for two weeks over the 4th of July and it was everything we could possible want and more. The views of the fireworks from the Mauna Kea beach were spectacular. The house was immaculate! We've stayed in other properties close by and this house had no critters, no bugs. The kitchen set up was perfect. You can tell that the owners like to cook too. The pool set up was perfect. And, the bunkroom which we used for the kids was perfect. Great sound system in the house. Plenty of room. The property manager was wonderful. Brand new AC. We will be back!!!
