• The Black Bear Falls Resort community pool typically opens around Memorial Day weekend in May and closes around Labor Day weekend in September (weather permitting), with daily hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.
• Please note that the community pool is managed by the HOA, and any closures or maintenance are outside of our control. That said, we’re committed to keeping you informed and will do our best to notify you promptly if we receive any updates or changes regarding availability.
