Great Place, Great Price, Great Location!

This was my first time staying here, it was a great find, with a great price very close to the strip and attached to the MGM. The condo was spotless with nice furnishings. This will be my go to place when visiting LV.

This was just as described. Owner was great with communication and it’s a perfect place to stay if you want to be off the strip but still close to it all!

Fantastic location, comfy and convenient

We had an amazing time in Vegas, due in no small part to this stay. The condo is so cozy and comfortable, with great amenities. The tub and shower are both to die for. The bed is really really comfortable, and the balcony is a great feature, unusual for LV accommodations. Didn’t use the pool in Jan, but the covered walkway to MGM Grand is awesome.

Comfortable, Quiet and Clean

You can't go wrong booking this unit. It is tastefully decorated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The check-in process was seamless, and Joe kept me updated every step of the way. The front desk staff was accommodating. The MGM Signature allows you to enjoy Vegas without enduring smoke-filled casinos and loud people.

Best place to stay in Vegas

I have been to Vegas quite a few times. This has hands down been the place i have stayed. The owner made sure I had all the information I needed to check and even stay in touch during the trip. The place was exactly as described. The location was perfect if you want to avoid the strip and big casinos, yet it is close enough that you can be there in minutes. The valet was very fast and friendly. This is my go to place for Vegas from now on!

1st Time in Vegas

Wife and I made our 1st trip to Vegas for our 29th anniversary. Check in was smooth and easy, room was nice and clean(and right by elevators), and the balcony views towards the strip are very nice. Although not directly on the strip, you still have good views of a lot of the colorful lights of the city. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.

Excellent location, beautiful place to stay for a week.

The room was immaculate and our hosts provided everything we needed to know. The pools and access to the strip was everything we wanted. Having a jetted tub was a wonderful luxury after long days of hiking and evenings walking the Strip. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept like babies. The location of the Signature Tower is perfect and the building is so well constructed that once the sliding glass door was shut you cannot hear any road noise whatsoever. We will definitely return!

Great Stay

Signature property is great. Conveniently located. Hosts communicated immediately via email prior to out stay, day of our stay, and checkout. The Signature property appears to give priority to guests that book directly through them. We arrived early to our 3:00 check-in and there was no wavering on their part with that time. It all worked out because the bell desk was very accommodating in holding our luggage so we could immediately begin our vacation.

Amazing view from balcony

Lovely room with a nice deep soaking tub. Even though the jets in the tub didn’t work the hot water was plentiful to relax after a long two days of travel. The owners are very friendly and communicate well. Highly recommend. Everything we needed was there. One valet attendant had an attitude but management dealt with that. Everyone else was friendly and courteous.

Great choice for an extended weekend

We enjoyed our stay and would choose this property again. The unit was well equipped with fresh towels for our extended weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed to make ourselves comfortable. The location is perfect for us, not on the strip but also not too far from it. We were there just before the start of the Formula One races, and the city was busy. However, returning to our unit was like going home to a quiet place. We received continued communication from our host about everything we needed to know to make our stay comfortable and we really appreciated that extra touch of care. Everything was great! We’re looking forward to our next trip.

Extended stay

We booked a 2 week stay at this property, while we are very familiar with Vegas, we had not stayed at the Signature property previously. The owner was very responsive when we reached out with questions. The room would be fine for a long weekend, but since there was no housekeeping service included in the cost, 2 weeks with the same linens and bath towels is a challenge. Luckily we found a 2 extra sheets in the closet and used them. Also there was no where on the floor to empty trash, the owners indicated there was an additional cost for trash removal. We took the full garbage bags down the elevator and disposed of it. Also when we checked in, the bathroom and toilet area had hair piled in a couple corners, not a welcoming sight.

As our suite is offered as a typical VRBO property, daily housekeeping is not included with the rate ( it's one of the ways we can offer our suites at a much lower cost than the hotel suites and mentioned in the listing ). For long term stays, we recommend guests take advantage of the free use of the washing machines & dryers off the lobby for linen cleaning - it's available to all our guests that stay over 7 nights.

Filthy shower, broken toilet, no real chair

Check in was super easy and pleasant but when I got to the room I was disappointed, there were no chairs other than a backless bench seat. When you book a room where you can prepare food and eat, there really should be somewhere to sit and eat, only the bench seat and a desk…… no table. Toilet seat was badly broken, I called Jill and reported it, along with the clogged shower drain, and the broken telephone, she said “ I don’t know if anyone is available today to fix the toilet” really? They eventually got someone to fix it that day, I also told her that I wasn’t going to have somebody rodding the drain during my stay, as it would stink up the entire unit….. this is what I don’t understand, doesn’t anyone check the rooms? Toilet seat was so obvious, and the filthy shower floors(see pictures) also the phone was not repaired or replaced.The good news was all the service people (bellhop, valet, check in) were really easy to work with. I also wanted to mention that the signature building does indeed have a walkway directly to the MGM including several people movers.Would I stay here again? Probably not
