Johnson ranch amenities include multiple parks, playgrounds, heated pools, hot tubs, pickleball, pitch and putt, disk golf,catch and release pond and much more. Located on San tan mountain golf course. Beautiful sunrise from the patio or watch the golfers tee off. Bbq on the back deck and enjoy the relaxin atmosphere.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out trash and replace liner. Wednesday morning is trash day. They pickup early so put on the curb Tuesday night.
Scrape bbq if used and make sure propane is off.
Make sure doors and windows are locked and lights off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage day is early Wednesday morning so cans can be put out on the curb Tuesday night.
Pool company cleans pool on Wednesday mornings.
