Relaxing Getaway Near the Lake

Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify a few things. Before your stay, we changed your reservation dates at your request to help accommodate your schedule. Once you contacted me with concerns, I responded and immediately reached out to our cleaning/maintenance crew and asked them to return to address the issues. Unfortunately, they did not respond or make it back out. I later learned that our cleaner was dealing with serious medical issues and required emergency surgery that week. She ultimately had to stop working, and we have since changed our cleaning/maintenance crew. I was away at the time but did everything I could to address your concerns and also refunded $100 for the inconvenience. When I personally inspected the condo afterward, I was disappointed by the condition the bathrooms and toilets had been left in. The blankets on the white chairs were intentionally there to protect the upholstery, not to cover damaged furniture. The beach pass had been taken by the previous guest, and once you contacted me, I explained the situation so you knew you would not be responsible for it. We have not previously had complaints regarding the majority of the issues listed. I responded to every concern brought to me and tried to accommodate everything to the best of my ability. We have since made changes to help prevent this situation from happening again.
