Very easy for pets as well as friends, couples or families.

Multiple outdoor dining areas, including an easily accessed side yard and a second floor full deck, add to the updated home with three bedrooms and three full en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room. Full amenities include a jacuzzi tub, full access to TV and Internet, a fully stocked kitchen, free parking (in the driveway), washer and dryer and more.

A short drive or ride to the other side of the lake for downtown attractions like the Moody Center (ACL Live) or the Capital, as well as tons of restaurants and nighttime activities. This truly is a gem of a home in a gem of a neighborhood in one of the most enviable locations in Austin.
