We recently stayed for 4 days at this property. We were in town for a wedding and it's location was very good for us. The house was very clean, and the responsiveness of the owner was excellent. The house was well stocked with all you needed to get started. There were plenty of towels. The mattresses slept very well. Overall we felt it was a very good stay. When back in the area, we will stay again.

Very clean. Only 11 miles from Gibbs high school where we went for graduation. Didn’t have to fight all the traffic heading towards Knoxville very convenient. Even though traffic kept us from arriving early we were given permission to check in early had we been able to get there sooner.

Beautiful home in a lovely setting! SuperClean and like new. Host was super responsive and very helpful. Sofa was super comfortable. Would stay again.

This property was ideal for my family. We want something close to the lake but not "lake" priced. Its a nice little house. We did spend a great deal on the lake which was our goal. I only wish we had some time to use the covered porch more.The master bedroom and bathroom are quite roomie as was the the queen bed room. The twin bed room was smaller but typically used for kids. The property is listed on 29 acres but we didn't get a chance to explore the grounds. Enough parking for three vehicles and there is nice fire pit on the side of the house. Again, we did not get to use it.Host was responsive to our comments, questions and help to make our experience worth while. I would book this place again. We are very familiar with the Luttrell and Maynardville area, and my wife loves Maynardville's Food City. It now has a Starbucks. This is not my ideal amenity, as my mine is the deli at Food City. Great homemade burgers!

Quick stay

Hi We needed a short stay in our travels back home. We were looking for something located out in the countryside and this fit perfectly for us adults . The teens with us probably would have preferred the opposite but they definitely liked the bags toss and the space of their own rooms. Note it is off what I thought would be busier road but I hardly noticed cars / noise Good communication with hosts - quick responses to initial issue. We would like to stay again in the future.
