This House has better views and is nicer inside than most other homes in the area. Be assured that we are taking extra care to clean & disinfect our house between each stay. This beautiful ocean view home is located in a quiet, most desirable area of Lincoln City called Road's End. The great room, which includes the living room and dining room, has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the waves and sunsets as you sit next to the gas fireplace. . There is a large deck with a barbeque and a great view of the ocean. Enjoy listening to the sounds of the ocean. Watch the deer visiting the back yard mornings and evenings. There are 3 bedrooms with queen-size beds and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2. The loft master bedroom also has a view of the ocean and it's own bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot , toaster and everything needed for cooking and dining. There is also a washer and dryer. Easy access to a long, sandy beach is about a 4 minute walk. There are hiking trails and a Casino with a golf course near by. There is boating at Devil's Lake a mile away. The nearest grocery store, Safeway, is less than a mile away. There is an outlet mall in Lincoln City, as well as many restaurants and shops. There is recreation center with a gym and pool in town that has daily rates. You can drive down to Newport (35 miles) where you can see Sea lions between August and May each year on the docks.

A celebration of life trip

We came to the coast to spread a family members ashes and had a great time in this house! It has a beautiful view of the sunsets over the ocean and plenty of room for family! Its seriously only a couple of blocks from the beach!! We would stay here again!

Mid week family fun

This was a lovely place to escape the valley heat with friends from the East coast. The young kids ages 6-9 had a blast with the ping pong table in between beach antics and sand castle building. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment and we took advantage of grilling up chicken one night on the patio grill. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

A perfect match

We really enjoyed this home. Especially for its view of the ocean. We had two 83 year old's with us so the view was wonderful for them to sit and watch the ocean. The house was very comfortable and inviting. Love the fireplace and also the short walking distance to the beach. Thank you Paulina

Great getaway

The property was really cozy and relaxing. View of the ocean was good! There were a couple of weird quirks tho, the driveway was VERY steep and the oven's stove top dials were coming loose. Otherwise 10/10.

Lovely beach style house so close to the beach & minutes from the casino our family loved the home beds were comfortable nice having a washer& drier this home had all the extras we needed .Jerry sent me his contact number & was available to answer any question we had before arriving to checking out he went above & be on to make our stay successful !! We really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean. The kitchen was was well equipped. The bathrooms had plenty of extra towels and toiletries available. The living room has a great view of the ocean and we loved the gas fireplace. We really appreciated that all the bedrooms have queen beds. That was perfect for our needs. Jerry was very communicative. I appreciate the level of care he showed to ensure we had a good stay. We would stay here again.

Great Ocean Views

House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Only issues were no Wi-Fi password in drawer where should have been or number to contact Manager. Great there was a landline phone but no cell service.

Dear Pam Pariseau, I'm sorry that you couldn't find the Password or my phone number and that you did not contact HomeAway. That area does not have a good cell signal, which is why we have the landline. The password and other information was in the top drawer in the kitchen, where everybody always found it. Our housekeeper confirmed that it's still there. We are going to start keeping it with some instructions on a few things in the house in a folder right on top of the kitchen counter, so it's more visible to everyone. Jerry

Quiet, relaxing, a great place to stay

This house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and neat with a fantastic view of the ocean. It was in a quiet, serene setting and we particularly enjoyed the wildlife. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Things to note: no celll service for AT&T or Verizon in many place in roads end. The driveway is steep but there is a parking pad up top. Jerry was great in communication all the way through! Loved the houseand would rent again.

Nice place!

The house is easy to find on the popular Roads End. Driveway is awfully steep almost straight up and down, I was afraid to park in it, parked up top. The house was extremely clean and furnished well with a good view of the ocean. Quiet neighborhood. Just a reminder that if you stay out past dark to turn on the outside light before you leave, it's very dark with no street lights, so you can easily make your way up the stairs to the door. Would stay there again.

Spacious, great location and view.

Great views from open concept kitchen, dining and family room. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Loved the location, close to everything! The loft upstairs has a comfortable queen bed and small bath with a great view of the ocean. Just know there is very little privacy (sound) in the loft just above the main living area. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor are both spacious and share a larger full bath. If I have any negatives, it would be the carpet is a little dated and the driveway is very steep and with pine needles made it quite slippery.

Stink, stank, stunk

Was scheduled to stay here 4 nights. Stayed less than 12 hours. There were 'air fresheners' in every bedroom, bathroom, closet, downstairs as you enter the garage. Door to garage does not lock. Creepy and not safe. Super steep driveway that pictures dont accurately reflect. House is older than pictures reflect. Owner wanted us to take airfresheners out to see if that helped us after we all had headaches, runny noses, and sneezing. Plus one person with asthma. Vrbo said owner would have someone clean and shampoo carpets. Im sorry that many air fresheners is literally like what smell are you hiding? And where were we supposed to be while the carpets dried on the Oregon Coast? Terrible experience.

I replied to your text that morning saying that you can get rid of those 2 air fresheners. Two is how many we had in our house. I told you to open windows and run the fan*s but you left. I don*t know why. Our house smells good and it's always ready for guests. We take pride in it and our reviews show it. As far as the driveway, it's hilly town. A lot of people have steep driveways.

I really enjoyed this trip. My whole family was very pleased with the rental house. They had a lot of towels, extra blankets, great wifi connection, rooms were comfortable, loved the views from the living room. My nephews and brother spent a wonderful time playing the ping pong table. kitchen had a lot of options on dishes, pans, plates, cups, blenders. I definitely recommend this place. The host was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful. All my questions were answered very quickly. Lots of information by the door and the book in the kitchen. No problems at all with checking in or checking out. The distance from the sea was perfect. We encountered lots of deers from the walks between the beach and the house. Plus they are so close to the casino and the golf course which is a plus for my family. Thanks to Jerry for the wonderful service provided.

Great Sunsets!

Quiet location at north end of Lincoln City with a great ocean view. We sat out on the deck at dinner and watched the sun go down over the ocean. Don't miss the tide pools up at Road's End Point!

A home away from home ❤️

This property is very well taken care of. We really enjoyed all of the quaint little decorations throughout the home, and the cleanliness was above and beyond what we expected for a beach house. It had everything we needed (and so much more!) to make our stay a breeze. The kitchen is stocked with every eating utensil and appliance you can think of. The bathrooms had plenty of soap and were stocked with towels, and there were plenty of blankets to go around for the cool mornings. We really enjoyed watching the deer from the back porch every morning, and the kids LOVED playing ping pong. The location is perfect as well - very close to the beach, but also only a 2 minute drive to some gorgeous hiking trails. The owner has written out very specific instructions for WiFi access, TV and fireplace operation, check out instructions and more. We loved the clear communication of expectations. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you, Jerry, for opening up your home to us and taking such pride in your property.

An excellent property.

My family had a wonderful time at Jerry's beach house. Our granddaughter had a most memorable 6th birthday and the house was all it was described to be: spacious, comfortable, great views and sunsets, and so close to the beach. The deer sightings were a delight for the children. We will use this property again. And host Jerry was most responsive to any questions we might have had.

Great location!

Great location and great view! About a block and a half to the beach. Even if VRBO sends you a code to get in, don’t use it. Use the code that Jerry sends you. Kitchen is well stocked. House gets hot during the day. Keeping the shades closed and the windows open helps.
