Relax in the Gilbert Getaway

This 3,000 square foot home has five bedrooms! There are four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom with a queen size bed on the main level. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort. The main floor bedroom has it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo and is a perfect suite for anyone wanting to stay on the main floor. Upstairs you will love the large master suite with a king size bed, walk in closet and newly remodeled custom walk in shower! (photos to be uploaded soon!) Also upstairs there are three other bedrooms (two which each have a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds) a loft area with a futon and dedicated work space. The third bathroom is also upstairs with a tub/shower combo. Guests can also enjoy sitting by the fireplace and watching any of their subscribed movie channels on the smart tv. Additionally, the house includes a pool table as well as a ping-pong table for more fun. There is a large dining table for big family gatherings in the formal dining room.

Outside you will find the property centered in a family friendly community directly behind a large greenbelt with a playground for the young ones. The neighborhood also boasts a nearby splash pad and basketball court. The house includes a private pool with connecting hot tub which can be heated year round*. It overlooks the large greenbelt and evergreen trees through the view fence. Perfect with your coffee in the morning, or in the evening with a beverage after winding down for the day. The patio features furniture both under the canopy with a television as well as patio furniture by the pool. Additionally, a new grill is in place next to the four bar stools for entertaining. There is also a three-car garage available for vehicles and/or storage.

With the location minutes away from popular Gilbert spots, you can indulge in a wide array of activities. Trilogy Golf Resort: one mile away, Gilbert Regional Park (offering concerts in the park, playground, splash pad, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, pickle ball, and fishing as captured in the attached photographs): one mile; Top Golf: four miles; San Tan Village Shopping Center: four miles; Gilbert downtown "Heritage District" ten miles; Arizona Athletic Grounds: seven miles; Mesa Gateway Airport: four miles; Schnepf Farms Family Entertainment: nine miles; Pecan Lake Family Entertainment: seven miles. Additionally, there are restaurants within walking distance as you enjoy the amazing weather the valley has to offer. *Please note there is an additional charge for heating the pool and hot tub. The additional fee for heating the pool and hot tub together is $130 per day (or $100 daily for pool only and $30 daily for hot tub only). This fee must be paid prior to use. Please provide a minimum of a three-day notice to host if heating the pool and hot tub is desired during your reservation.
