Absolutely stunning views from the double-wide balcony! We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The pool and beach were fantastic, and the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Never again - unit or hotel/innThere is absolutely no way the pics are accurate. Things rusted - horrible furniture covers- rusted outdoor grill table, one of the balcony pics shows viewing a sunset…impossible on this side of Florida. No sweeper, vac, mats, rugs, etc to keep unit clean. This property is actually a very run-down inn -not a condo unit or condo building. I could go on and on. The view and outdoor furniture were both perfect.

The room itself was good, it was clean and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful. The hotel is old, its run down, there’s issues, the pool was dirty, the area smelled like an ashtray. The hot tub was out of order the entire time with caution tape around it. The staff were exceptionally rude and refused to speak to us or answer a question after asking first what room, VRBO or regular booked with hotel. The host was very nice and helpful. And, we didn’t come to the beach for the pool and stayed out on the beach daily. We had a great time and loved it, but would not come to this specific hotel again due to the issues.

The property was nothing like it was described. The furniture was worn out and simply covered with tacky blue slipcovers that had what appeared to be dirty stains on them. One of the fold-out beds was missing half of its support slats, making it unusable because the mattress would fall through.The front door would not latch properly and could only stay closed if the deadbolt was locked. The shower’s hot water was inconsistent, constantly switching between hot and cold.I contacted VRBO twice and messaged the property owner multiple times, but none of these issues were addressed during our stay. I also requested a partial refund, but it was denied.Because of the condition of the property and the lack of response, we decided to leave two days early, forfeiting the cost of the remaining nights. We checked into a Holiday Inn so we could salvage the rest of our vacation.Overall, we were extremely disappointed with both VRBO and the property owner. I would not recommend this rental based on our experience.

The condo itself is fine. Recent budget facelift. And the view is beautiful. Panoramic view of the beach and ocean. The doors and baseboards are pretty dirty and beat up, the front door jam is damaged at the dead bolt, one of the futons is missing slats, the shower is either scalding hot or freezing, and the kitchen pots/pans/utensils are old and worn, but honestly that was tolerable given the view and beach front location.The building itself, and the location in town, were less than ideal. The Hawaiian Inn (where this is located) is awful. Cigarette smell all day, bleeding into our condo. Pot smell often. The elevator felt like it was going to break, and smelled. The pool was full of seniors smoking or people partying, not at all where we wanted to bring our kids. The pool bar was disgusting. The location on the strip felt very sketchy. Directly across from a strip club and a smoke shop. Nothing to do for a mile in each direction. If you just want a place to go to the beach during the day and crash at night, it's fine. But we had to clean the first hour we were there, and we never felt quite safe where we were, making it difficult to relax. One morning, we woke up and the entire condo smelled like cigarettes bc of one of the neighbors. The only beach items were anything left by previous renters (we left some beach chairs and towels). No extra towels, chairs, buckets, etc. No cleaning supplies either. We will not be returning.

We booked for a whole week and ending up staying 3 of the 7 nights. The Payio furniture was falling apart, patio doors don’t lock, pillows and mattress had stains . Mattress cover had a mildew stain. Not enough towels or washrags . There was 6 of us we did have enough to start with. They brought so more towels no washrags . I ended up buying some. Only one slotted pizza pan to cook with no other pans. No potholders , Dish drainer was nasty. Door bottoms and baseboards were Nasty. Curtains were dirty . I paid a good chunk of money to have a nice vacation with my family and this was a big let down. I did communicate these issues the day we left which was 2 weeks ago with no response from the host. I don’t like to complain it I was so disappointed and it would have helped if they had reached out to make it right instead of ignoring my message. So Beware .

The main complex was old and dated but the condo itself has been nicely redone. A typical don’t judge a book by its cover. The views of the ocean could be seen both in the living room and bedroom. Didn’t cook but it looked like there was everything you needed. It was nice having a full size fridge. Bathroom was clean with a separate shower/toilet area. Beds comfortable. The pool was amazing-crystal clear and refreshing. The beach access was easy to get to. There was a good amount of parking available. The only issues we had were with the complex (and it’s not the owners fault). The elevators were a little sketchy and some of the other guests smoked in the hallways. But overall worth the price. Made some good memories!
