Private house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, private pool, fully air-conditioned, WiFi, Smart TV's, private BBQ. Roof top open terrace with plenty of seating area. You will have access to the whole house. Basketball, beach volleyball, soccer and kayaks are for the use of guests at both Beach Houses.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Rinse beach chairs and gears used. Leave them open inside the house to dry.
Do the dishes and leave kitchen clean, free of food leftovers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was beautiful and located in a great area easy to get to other nearby cities. We loved the pool, easy access to the beach for shell hunting, and sunsets. House was clean and comfortable, with tons of activities for our kids.
