The home is within a short stroll to the New Seabury Golf Course, Country Club, Beach Club and the Popponesset Marketplace. This home is perfect for entertaining family and guests featuring 6 beds/5 baths, private backyard with in-ground pool bordered by lush gardens. It located just minutes away from South Cape Beach one of Cape Cod's very best beaches.

This home features two Master Bedrooms, one equipped with an elegant Master Bath with a steam shower and soaking tub, and stunning ocean views. Great room with 20+ foot ceilings and a kitchen with brand new Italian marble counters. Minutes to beaches, the Popponessett Market Place, Mashpee Commons, the Cape Cod Children's Museum and so much more!

Rainy days...we've got you covered. We recently added commercial quality arcade games to go along with the foosball table, air hockey, ping pong and basketball shoot out game. No need to leave this property. Even though there is so much to do and see in the area you may not want to leave even on those sunny days!

Large private pool, outdoor shower, two laundry areas, 7 flat screen tv's, large rear and front decks, large private yard, complete with linen, bath towels, and beach gear. Everything you want and need!

Great house for our family vacation. There were ten people ages 17-86. Home is spacious and comfortable. Location is great. 5 minute drive to South Cape Beach. 12 minute walk to New Seabury Marketplace. Pool is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful week at New Seabury. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly want for a week’s stay, including beautiful views of the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, great beds, games for the kids, and a fabulous pool. Our stay at this luxurious and spacious home in New Seabury, was nothing short of perfect! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Amazing House

This house is BEAUITFUL! It was perfect for our girls weekend with a huge open kitchen/dining living room concept. Plenty of space for sleeping and places that were separate if you needed some down time. Both decks were spacious and could accommodate all of us with plenty of room. Justin was so easy to work with and really responsive. I'd highly recommend this place and can't wait to be able to rent it again.

Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and spacious for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space, and it was great to have several bathrooms. The water pressure is weak but I find that to be the case with most septic houses and/or those near the beach. The pool and the gaming garage were wonderful as well. The location within New Seabury was very enjoyable - we took advantage of the Popponesset Marketplace several times, and ate at the inn. Mashpee Commons is a short drive and great for restaurants, shopping, and a movie on a rainy day. The house is super close to South Cape Beach, and an easy drive to Falmouth to catch the ferry. Highly recommend for a relaxing and lovely family vacation.

Wonderful Cape Cod Week

Our family and friends stayed at this house for the week of 4th of July. This was a reunion of 3 old law school friends and their families. It was a fantastic house and great stay overall. This was our second year visiting Mashpee (before, we stayed in Popponesset). This house is in a beautiful, quiet street in New Seabury. The house is big enough to fit our group, and never feel too cramped. Some of us are soccer fans, and the TVs were great to come together to watch the World Cup. The pool was great during a hot July week. The lawn was in excellent condition for lawn activities, and both kids/grownups enjoyed the game room. Our group had a lot of fun paddle boarding near popponesset island. The distance to the Marketplace was great and the proximity to the Falmouth marina was also convenient. The owner, Justin, was very friendly and responsive to any questions, no matter often or how small the detail. Justin was always looking to provide us with all the information we needed about the property and the neighborhood to make the most of our stay: we felt very welcome and appreciated it. I think the house and the neighborhood was a great setting for our group to catch-up. Most of all, it was great seeing the kids deepen their friendships and enjoy a week of summer vacation.

Fabulous Staycation in New Seabury

This is the perfect spot to treat yourself to a luxury but welcoming staycation. The property is beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean, a lovingly manicured yard, clean rooms, and all the amenities needed and then some. The kids swam everyday followed by some intense table tennis tournaments in the garage game room. The host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a magical week!

Great home for first Cape visit!

The house was perfect for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the game room, foosball table and pool. The view of the Atlantic from the front porch was a nice way to greet each day and we enjoyed the “full strawberry moon” from that same deck on our last night there. Easily driveable to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. J was very responsive to an issue I emailed about. Hope to make the trip back again some time soon.

Wonderful house, lots of rooms and bathrooms. We had 3 families and we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The pool and property were super. Very walkable to the little town which was great for the kids. Great location on the Cape, close to Falmouth and Hyannis and Mashpee Commons was a quick car ride away. Owners are remarkable, quick to respond to any questions. We would 100% rent this house again!

Heavenly vacation!

This house met all of our needs beautifully--we had all six of our kids and their respective partners and fiancees, and everyone had their own lovely bedroom--there were spaces to gather in small groups (the front deck! the back deck! the pool! the basement and bar area (comfy couch!), and spaces for all of us to gather together. We especially loved outdoor eating on the back deck. The pool was warm, and the extras for the kids: arcade games. air hockey, basketball, foosball made rainy days easy. Easy drive to the beach, easy walk to the market where you can get the best lobster roll I've ever had. We already booked for next year.
