WE PREFER SATURDAY - SATURDAY BOOKINGS.
Welcome to Sunset Pointe — a stunning luxury lakefront retreat on Big Creek, one of Norris Lake’s most coveted areas. This beautifully appointed 7-bedroom, 6 & 2 1/2 bath home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests and is designed for family gatherings, making memories, relaxing stress free days, and drinks on the deck at sunset in the evenings. The gorgeous home is equipped with 4 king bedrooms with En-Suite baths (one of the kings can be converted to two twins if needed), 2 double queen bedrooms, also with En-suite baths, and a twin bunk room.

Gather in the spacious great room with its panoramic windows and ample places to relax. For colder months it includes an oversized stone fireplace. The large dining table sits between the kitchen and the great room overlooking stunning views of the lake. The chef’s kitchen is a dream with a Wolf stove, two refrigerators, double dishwashers, and every tool imaginable for cooking and entertaining. Step outside to the wraparound covered porch, where you’ll find outdoor seating, a dining area, gas grill, and TV — all designed to take in the lake’s best show: the sunset.

Downstairs, unwind in the bright and open lower level with a full entertainment bar, 100” TV, deep sectional, and walkout deck with hammock and lounge seating. Sunset Pointe is equipped with a Sonos sound system throughout the home and deck, as well as WiFi all the way to the dock. Two laundry rooms make extended stays easy.

Enjoy breathtaking water views from nearly every room. Four king en-suites, six queen beds with en-suites and bunk rooms making it perfect for large family stays. Bedrooms features high-end linens, plush towels, ensuite baths, and thoughtful touches like hand soaps and blow dryers.

Follow the stone path to the expansive dock with boat slip, jet ski ramps, large swim ladder, and big upper sun deck complete with oversized umbrella, dining table & chaise lounges for tanning— all tucked in a beautiful bay that's great for swimming off the dock. WE SOMETIMES ACCEPT A MINIMUM 4 DAY RENTAL DEPENDING ON OUR BOOKINGS. PLEASE MESSAGE US IF YOU ARE INTERESTED.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all dirty towels into washers and start them before you leave.
Please strip beds, but leave sheets in the individual bedroom.
Please be sure dock umbrella is covered & secured, As well as ensuring the ladder is up that goes into the water from the lower dock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign renter agreement. Security deposit required of $1500.
Smoking/Pets/Parties : ARE NOT permitted on the Property. Driveway-Parking. No Street or Grass Parking. No Boat Trailers At All
No Fireworks: Absolutely NO FIREWORKS on the Property including at the dock. Again, this is prohibited by the Homeowners Association Rules.

What makes this property unique

Norris Lake is a gorgeous, rock bottom, clear lake that is difficult to find anywhere else in this area. We have frequented MANY lakes over the years in the Tennessee area, & this lake wins the prize! It is quieter than most lakes. Our property is on a quiet bay with no houses across from us, making the sunsets incredibly beautiful. We are close to the fun, lively atmospheres of Whitman Hollow, Shanghai, Stardust & Indian River Marinas. Easy to access by any of these marinas by boat. The marina closest to us where you can launch your boat is Whitman Hollow Marins.
