Welcome to the 1812 House, a historic residence nestled in Manchester, Vermont. This charming property offers guests a genuine glimpse into New England's architectural heritage, providing an authentic colonial-era accommodation experience. The home features a duplex layout with a separate neighboring residence, (seprate entrance and driveway) ensuring complete privacy each for each living space.

The 1812 House features a meticulously renovated kitchen that seamlessly transitions into a versatile dining and work area.
A distinctive Ski Vermont Poster adorns the space, framed using the home's original wooden beams. The frame's wane (natural edge of the wood) is deliberately exposed, celebrating the property's historic craftsmanship and local Vermont skiing heritage.
This thoughtfully designed area offers guests a blend of functionality, comfort, and historical charm, making it perfect for dining, working, or relaxing.

Off the kitchen is a more traditional, cozy living room featuring a Thomasville leather sofa, Ralph Lauren Club Chair, Maitland-Smith Stacked Leather Books Form Coffee Table and Smart TV.
