The view from the second floor screened-in front porch makes many people want to rock their vacation away! Porch features several seating options for eating, rocking, and people watching.

Two full bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a King bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen cable TV, full bath with tub/shower combo. Fold away cot stored in bedroom closet.

The second and third bedrooms both have a queen bed, 32 inch wall mounted flat screen cable TV, and utilizes the hallway bath that includes a stackable washer dryer.

The 4th bedroom has a double bed under a single bunk bed and a day bed sleeping as many as four.

The living room has a 40 inch wall mounted flat screen cable TV with two recliners, sofa, and a QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Dining area is in the same open area as the living area with a raised pub table and 8 wooden high chairs. Glimpse of the ocean can be seen.

Fully stocked kitchen.

Large ENCLOSED outside shower and dressing room perfect for washing all the sand away from a day at the beach!

Central heat and air conditioning.

Additional sleeping space in closed in side porch, perfect for kids! It includes a full sized bed on bottom with twin bunk bed on top and a daybed.

Wonderful House with a great location

House is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy North Myrtle. Best part is that it is within walking distance of everything you need. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable

We had a great stay. The accommodations were perfectly described and fit our need to be within walking distance of Main St. Amy also made sure that all of our needs were met. I would recommend the cottage to anyone.

North Myrtle Beach Get-away!

Excellent hosts! We really enjoyed our stay at this cute beach house. Close to the ocean, convenient location, porch with rockers and a great outdoor shower, among other amenities. They had everything we needed!

Annual golf trip

Location was perect, house was super clean and nice. The porch was inviting for rocking away catching up with old friends. Owners were really prompt with details, and could not have asked for a better home for three nights.

Amazing Property

Excellent family beach vacation

An excellent experience from booking to checkout. With 3 kiddos between 8 and 29 years old, there was something in the neighborhood in short walking distance to keep everyone engaged and happy. Thank you, Amy!!!

Close to everything!

The best part of this rental is that it is close to everything so we really didn't have to drive anywhere the whole weekend. The only downside for location was the local nightlife that had loud music that kept us up late. Would stay again! Just bring your sound machine to drown out the noise!

Magan, we are glad The Breezeway was close to everything that you all enjoyed! We tell people you could park and never have to drive anywhere the whole vacation! We use the two floor fans to help circulate air and to help us sleep at night (even at our home) year round. They are remarkably good to drown out almost any noise. Let us know if you want another get-away!

Family Vacation

This was the first vacation we had where my parents and sister joined us (myself, wife and 2 kids). The house was amazing, clean, and spacious. The property owners are very courteous, and always on top of things. The beach is a 5 min walk, clean and not crowded. Restaurants and coffee shops and live music every night a short walk away. Cannot say enough .

Perfect Family Rental

Most amazing beach house for a family ever! 4 amazing bedrooms; the pictures online are nice but they do not do the house justice. The house is stocked with board games, card games and movies. The best part of the house is the amazing porch, which you expect from the pictures online. But every other room is also amazing!

Beautiful home!

The cottage was clean and roomy. Amy was easy to talk to, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. My family has been visiting North Myrtle for many years but Amy gave us some suggestions of activities/restaurants that we hadn’t tried before! I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the people drive or walk by. My family of 5 hopes to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Excellent stay!

This was a great place! Felt like we was right at home! The house is so welcoming and clean and well maintained. The property owners was excellent. They are very informative and go above and beyond to make sure you have a memorable stay at the breezeway! If I could give this place a hundred stars I would! It’s also in a great location. It’s within walking distance to the beach and all the Main Street businesses! I would highly recommend it to anyone needing to stay. There was 10 of us total and we all had plenty of room which included 2 toddlers! Again great place and great owners!

This place was the real deal!

If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient, and well kept home this is the place! It is clean, and much of it is redone and includes central heating and air. The porch makes this place one of a kind. There is a park right behind the property with ducks, two new playgrounds, tennis courts, and more. Not only can you see the ocean from one block, you can walk to go get ice cream, eat dinner, or ride rides in five minutes or less. Shops, fresh veggies and fruit stand, so much to do and see. This home is one of a kind with original charm and once you get there you literally do not have to drive anywhere! We will be staying here again for sure!

First family vacation

We happened across this listing by what seems like a miracle. Normally, this beach house is completely booked up. We’re so glad we were able to stay here. We went as a group/family and had a absolute blast. My two year old son got to experience the beach for the first time. With the house being in an ideal location, we were able to walk to the beach any time we wanted and shop around at the local stores. We brought some games and were able to hang out in the closed porch, when all the kids went to sleep and enjoyed the weather and the smell water. We will definitely be coming back whenever we can get away again. Thank you so much miss Amy!

An absolute gem!

This rental is fantastic. The hosts are incredibly helpful and communicative and the property is gorgeous. You truly cannot beat the location either. My group had such a fantastic time at The Breezeway and I HIGHLY recommend renting here.

Wonderful stay, already booked for next year!

This property was stunning! Your location is easy access to everything. We rented a golf cart for the week and did little to no driving in our vehicles. Everything can equipped with the house except the stated needed to bring stuff. We enjoyed it so much that our trip is already planned for the next season. Also the property owner are very easy to work with, they make sure they throughly answer any questions you may have. Such a pleasant experience.

Family

I wanted to take my children and grandchildren to the beach this year. I haven’t been and neither have my grandchildren for 11 years. There was 11 of us that stayed here. The house has everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wanted to stay close to the beach.

Highly Recommended!

Very happy with the rental! Was very clean and more spacious than expected. Very close to the beach with many restaurants and shops close by for walking or car. Will be looking to rent again soon!

Great Stay

Great getaway for the family. Property was clean, sanitized, and disinfected. Plenty of cleaning supplies to maintain a safe environment. Contacts were the best. Extremely helpful and nice. Will definitely come back! Will try to make this my stay every time I come back!!!

Spur of the moment trip

My wife and I decided to head to the coast for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary a little early. We found this gem of a house online and emailed the owner to ensure it was available due to the short notice. They were quick to respond and were so pleasant to work with. The house was everything we were hoping for and more! The location was perfect! Quick walk to the ocean, main street restaurants, and even a beautiful park practically in our back yard! We look forward to spending many more weekends here! Wonderful house, hosts and location!!

The Breezeway has been in our family for four generations. Summers have been spent growing up on the strand and visiting with friends and relatives. In 2013 we became the sole owners of the beach house and rented it for the first time to others for family vacations! Our primary home is about half an hour away from The Breezeway, so it is convenient for us to stay a night or two when we can.

For many years, people (especially shaggers) have asked us if we rented our cottage. They have always said that it would be a wonderful house to rent since it is located in the hub of Ocean Drive. We had never made that big step until 2013!
