Hermosa casa de playa con todas las comodidades ... ¿Está buscando la escapada perfecta? ¿Planeando una reunión familiar o un evento? ¿Quieres todas las comodidades del hogar pero cerca de la playa? Este es el lugar. Calle tranquila, mucho espacio para moverse y disfrutar del maravilloso clima durante todo el año y un bello entorno. Esta casa cuenta con 2 dormitorios y una oficina con sofá cama en la casa principal, baño y cocina renovados y una parte superior con cubierta de vidrio para sentarse y disfrutar de una cena o un refrigerio. Esta casa también tiene un patio inferior muy grande con iluminación para disfrutar de la noche. Hay estacionamiento en la entrada para al menos dos autos y estacionamiento en frente de la casa para uno adicional. La playa está a unos 10 minutos a pie de la casa. Hay un túnel subterráneo (completado hace aproximadamente un año por el condado) que pasa por debajo de la autopista y permite el acceso directo a la playa. Esta casa se encuentra entre Ventura y Santa Bárbara en la pequeña comunidad de La Conchita. Si está buscando un hogar lejos del hogar, este es el lugar.

Sisters Getaway

My sister and I stayed here for a quiet birthday getaway and it was wonderful. The house is just as described, and roomier than we expected. The outdoor space is fantastic! We spent most of our time at the house sitting on the front porch or patio, enjoying the lovely Spring weather. One thing to note is that you are pretty close to the 101 freeway and train so you do hear that throughout the day, but it didn't bother us at all. We just hadn't realized that ahead of arrival. Beds are comfy, loads of towels and bedding. Everything you could need is available in the kitchen. There's an nice office space that my sister used and the garage is setup as an extra hangout space. It's close to the beach and the The Cliff House Inn where we had great bougie brunch at The Shoals restaurant. Martha was super responsive and very nice. Check-in and out were a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

A Wonderful Time in the Sun at La Conchita

We really enjoyed the nice house, ocean views, amenities, and especially, the helpfulness of the host. We had a wonderful time with family revisiting the southern california coast. The garden was beautiful and the outdoor seating areas are so lovely.

Not great

Property manager was really poor communicator. Random man was wondering around the property and scared my wife, as he was staring at her through the kitchen window. Turned out to be the gardener. Also, house is next to a horse stable and smells of horse dung pretty much all the time.

PERFECT Getaway

Everything about this house was perfect! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION to the beach! PERFECT & EASY! Comfortable beds. Lots of space for a small house! The garage!! (Hidden gem) The outdoor eating space was a perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy wine and beer and TALK IN PEACE! We will definitely be back! The host is wonderful! So pleasant and responsive!

La Conchita

Absolutely beautiful! Everything about this property is perfect. It was beyond my expectations. The inside of the home is well thought out, very clean, and there was more than enough for everyone. There was 5 of us and we had enough room. The furniture was comfortable and great quality. The patio was perfect and the views were amazing. We are already planning our trip back to La Conchita. Thank you Martha for such a beautiful stay.

Perfect beach house

This was the perfect house for our family. We loved everything about it. It's very well equipped and it's clean and cozy. We particularly loved the garage and outdoor area with the banana and avocado trees. We loved having breakfast there. The front porch with view to the ocean was also one of our favorites spots. Martha was an excellent host. We highly recommend this place

Cute little home near La Conchita beach

Such a nice little weekend getaway home for my husband and infant. Felt welcomed and the beach is only a 6-10 min walk away. There is tar at the beach that can stick to your feet but there are cleaning materials and an outside shower provided at the property. Martha was easy to reach out to and the home was clean and beds were comfy. The views of the beach were also beautiful.

Great getaway spot!

The house is at the top of a hill so it is a quiet street with a view of sunset over the ocean from the front porch. The side patio is a nice place to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee watching the hummingbirds. There are banana trees and a large avocado tree surrounding the patio. It is a short drive into Carpinteria for food, restaurants, shops and parks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Martha, for providing everything we needed. Great vacation!

Great property with awesome location

We are very happy with our stay. House is situated in a nice small neighborhood walking distance to the ocean. Nice outside sitting area with palm, avocado and banana trees.

Clean, pretty, comfy beds, well provisioned, few issues

Location was convenient to visit several sites in central CA (Pismo, Carpinteria, Rincon) & great ocean views with easy access to beach. Beds were very comfortable, ample room for our group of 3 adults, could've easily accommodate 5. Outdoor space is great for outdoor living & garage is set up as living room with bike, beach stuff, fire pit! Issues include lack of good hot water in huge beautiful shower, bike in need of maintenance. Look up history of landslides in LaConchita, for transparency sake ;-) This property abuts the area.
