Featured on the Emmy-winning show Staycation ~ The Carpinteria Beach House is ideally located and will give you a wonderful guest experience! My home is located in the closest beach area of Carpinteria, on the corner of 3rd and Elm, 1 block up from the beach, and an equal distance to the main street of town (Linden). Enjoy time at the 'World's Safest Beach' and the town's great restaurants, breweries, wine bars and shopping, all without getting in your car. Our beach home offers a stay for a truly memorable time in Carpinteria! It only takes one visit to The Carpinteria Beach House before you'll anxiously await your next! Come find out why so many people love this amazing beach town, and this house!

Whether you are planning an adult weekend, a family vacation, or traveling for business, our beach home is the perfect place to call home during your time in Carpinteria. The dutch style front door opens from an inviting front porch and fenced front yard with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. The home also provides a large private enclosed backyard ~ perfect for adults, as well as, keeping young ones entertained off the beach. There is an outside shower for after playtime in the ocean and sand ;) A barbecue, picnic table, lounge chairs, patio furniture, a fire table and bistro lights provides an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful outdoors off the beach. There's even a basketball hoop for a little shoot around. Many Carpinteria locals are familiar with our beach home and how well it is maintained and its great location within Carpinteria. Come see for yourself--but hurry, our home gets reserved quickly.

Amazing stay! Comfy beds, great shower, plush towels, stocked kitchen with quality cooking tools. Cozy tv setting, loved the back patio to play hoops. Friendly neighbors (and Rife the cat!). Carpinteria Charm

We had a wonderful stay in this charming house. It is perfectly located, only a block from the beach and close to so many cute stores and delicious restaurants. The garden is generously sized, great for enjoying the beautiful weather. The house is comfortable and quiet. Lisa is a terrific host, the house is so well appointed. I am already missing this little haven by the sea!

Cozy, comfortable stay in Carpinteria

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house in Carpinteria. It was a bit tight for 4 adults and two kids, but everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and Lisa (the host) is very easy to communicate with. We loved the location and went almost everywhere on foot. We all wished we had stayed longer.

Hello ~ I grew up coming to Carpinteria from my hometown of Burbank. I LOVE this amazing town and am very grateful for all the memories! Although my kids (now adults) were born and raised in Ohio, they also love Carp!

Why they chose this property

The location is PERFECT ~ 1 block from the beach and 1 block to the main street of Carpinteria, Linden. It's very walkable, even with little ones. There's a park at one end of the street and a nature preserve at the other end.
The house is set up very well and the large, fenced in backyard is PERFECT too! (Large enough space for a basketball hoop, a firepit table, a barbeque, outdoor dining and a grass area for yard games.)

What makes this property unique

I've enjoyed hosting and sharing my home for 17 years ~ I am truly a host that has taken great pride in creating a space that allows my guests to have a wonderful stay and create special Carp memories of their own!
