Step onto the beautiful balcony and enjoy serene views of hole 9 on the Atlantic Dunes golf course. Inside, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, new cabinets, and a well-stocked supply of utensils and cookware, while tiled floors make cleanup effortless. The entryway and dining areas showcase composite hardwood flooring, adding a touch of elegance, and plush carpeting in the living room and bedrooms ensures warmth and comfort. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, and each bedroom also includes its own flat-screen TV, providing entertainment for every guest.

For outdoor exploration, the villa includes two complimentary adult bicycles from South Beach Bike Rentals, perfect for enjoying Sea Pines’ scenic trails. A car pass is also included for convenient access throughout the resort.
