Lounge by the private pool, gather at the fire pit, or unwind under the gazebo. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in the Florida room. Inside, enjoy foosball, board games, a 70" smart TV, and 50" TVs in each bedroom. Cook in the fully stocked kitchen and rest easy in three serene bedrooms.

Helpful Info for Your Stay!

Yard and Pool Maintenance On Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Living Room TV
Use the LG remote for all navigation. The smaller remote controls the sound bar.

Master Bedroom TV
Turn on the TV with the Samsung remote, then use the Roku remote to navigate streaming apps.

Florida Room Sofa Bed
There is a sofa bed in the Florida Room. Linens are located in the hallway closet between the three bedrooms.

Pool Info
Please note: the pool is not heated and please only swim with adult supervision.

Fire Pit & Grill
Guests are welcome to use the fire pit and charcoal grill. Please bring your own firewood and charcoal.

House Rules:

• Please treat the home with care, as if it were your own.

• Please note: Pets are not allowed. If any non-service animals are brought onto the property, a $750 cleaning fee will be charged..

• Respect all furniture, décor, and amenities.

• No parties or unregistered guests.

• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please be considerate of neighbors.

• No smoking indoors – outdoor smoking only, please dispose of butts
properly.

• Clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy.

• Pool rules: No diving, rough play, or glass near the pool. Do not drop food, drinks, or any objects into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Top bunk bed has a 150 lb. weight limit – please follow for your safety.

• Use the fire pit, Florida room, and gazebo responsibly.
