Relax and unwind in this 2 bedroom condo that overlooks the beautiful emerald coast waters.

Sunseekers #3 (The Breezeway) is a second floor condo that offers two bedrooms, two baths with tiled flooring throughout. There is a queen bed in each bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Sit out on the private balcony that is accessed by the living room and the master bedroom.

This condo is directly on the Gulf with only a few yards of green lawn between you and the white sand. The building is extremely low density with only ten units so you practically have the beach to yourself.

The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach between Grayton and Seaside. Gulf Place is a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.

Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight.

Perfect location

When the weather was rainy, the unit was cheerful and well stocked. The deck was covered and a great place to relax , read or eat rain or shine. When the weather was good, there several good restaurants in walking distance, and convenient walking and bike trails. MANAGEMENT RESPONSE Hey Lea and Tim!
