Fall in love with Holiday and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Welcome to your 3 bedroom 2 bath vacation home. Great space for a group or family with newly appliances and laundry room. Perfect to make great memories. You can fish, kayak, paddleboat or just sit back and enjoy nature in the 5 minutes near parks. Centrally located and close to grocery stores, restaurants and plenty of things to do: Tarpon Springs Sponge docks, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard Park and more. Longer stays are allowed.

Everything fine enough once we resolved lighting issues. Could use some dish-washing stuff: dishsoap, drying towel, dishrag, etc..

BEWARE!! Photos don't represent the place well, listing shows a room with two beds, not true. Roof sinking in living room and master bedroom. The neighbors appeared very sketch and lock everything up! Listing claims can have pet then tries to bill for pet fee 70, not paying! Place was clean when arrived. NO and I mean NO boat parking!!

Beware of this guest, he just assumed a boat can be parked in a family house, didn't pay the pet fee and also leave at 2 pm when the check out was at 11 am, he's just trouble, see the other reviews for an accurate review

The house was very spacious! 3 bedrooms with nice big closets & some plastic dressers for storage. 2 full bathrooms one seems like it’s been remodeled & the other one was more vintage. Great water pressure! The kitchen had all the things you need(including a blender!) Which was great! A washer & dryer was a nice amenity! We were in town visiting our Mama & it was a great place to rest our heads at night! I was able to walk in the neighborhood every morning with our pup! It was close to everything we needed! We did not use the backyard much. I did enjoy some sun on the patio while I read! Really enjoyed the stay!! It was phenomenal!! Thank you!!
