We call this unit BEACHCOMBER! Two bedroom, One bath apartment on the Gulf Of Mexico at the Ozona Waterfront Villas. Ozona (Palm Harbor) is one of west Florida's best kept secrets. Lush palms, massive oak trees, lagoons, open Gulf views with sunsets, a quaint and fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and so much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc.

Honeymoon Island, another local favorite is at the end of the causeway. Spend hours on Honeymoon Island and/or Caladesi Island enjoying sunsets and relaxing.

Close to Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and so much more. Bike ride, walk, or run on the 45 mile Pinellas Trail which is only feet away from the apartment. Pinellas Trail runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

The apartment amenities include firepit, private dock(s), wireless internet, cable TV, full kitchen and more.

Bring your beverage on the ride...The Jolly trolley can pick you up a few blocks from the apartment and take you from Tarpon Springs down to Clearwater Beach. There is also public transportation from the county. Or you can use the golf cart to get around locally which is a lot of fun.

THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIT IS ONE OF FOUR ON THE PROPERTY. THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS THERE THAT WILL BE SHARING THE FIREPIT AREAS (2 OF THEM), DOCK, BBQ GRILL, PUBLIC LAUNDRY ETC.

For additional fee you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, golf cart, pontoon boat, fishing charters and more. Ask host for details.

The apartment can sleep 5. There is a king bed and a double bed. The fifth person would have to sleep on the sofa.

Relaxing getaway

Every morning we relaxed on the deck drinking our iced coffee looking out over the waterfront. Total silence except for the fish occasionally jumping. If you want to get away from the high rise resort scene but only a 10 minute drive to the tourist attraction, this is it. 2 blocks to great seafood.

Great place to stay, right on the water. Huge deck to sit out on in the sun. Fully equipped unit. Shared clothes washer/dryer.

Felt like vacation

It doesn’t get much better than this! Anthony was amazing and attentive. Space was clean and spacious. The view of water was relaxing. Ideal spot.

We love the owner's accessibility to us. He was so personable and willing to do things for us. He gave us suggestions for great dinners, parks to go to, etc. The apartment we stayed in was so nice! All updated and extremely clean. We hope to be there next year for a longer time.

Awesome location!

Beautiful property with a great view of the water. Very clean and fully equipped. Close to the Pinellas trail - very handy for bike rides and walks. A number of casual neighborhood restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Very cute private property right on the water!!

We requested if we could check in early due to an early flight arrival. We got in 2 hours earlier then expected. Check in was super easy and quick. I’d definitely stay here again!

Snowbird Nest

I stayed at this location Feb-Mar 2022 and was very pleased. There is a small inlet outside and affords a beautiful view, There are a number of eating/bars within walking distance. The interior was clean, well appointed. It is perfect for a couple but gets small with visitors. It has one bathroom and a smallish kitchen. I have no complaints with the rental, and the location.

Exactly as listed and more

The property was clean and comfortable, and nicely decorated! Very close to Honeymoon Island State Park. The beach there was very calm and beautiful. We stayed for 2 weeks and the weather was amazing! The listing mentioned fishing and this was an understatement. The fishing was GREAT! I caught 2 Red fish, a Snook, and-many salt water catfish. I also hooked into a micro Tarpon but he broke my line at dock side. We had evening visits from a hungry dolphin on two occasions, all from the rear dock pictured in the listing. There were great restaurants near by and reasonably priced too. Anthony was very available to our needs, which were few indeed. I would definitely consider renting here again.

Great Place on the Water

This place was great! Nicely decorated, very comfortable, very clean and a great view! Fishing poles and kayaks available for your use, close to good restaurants within walking distance and close to the biking trail. I would recommend this place for a great vacation! Owner was very nice and very accommodating .

Relaxing Stay

What an enjoyable and unique property this is tucked away in Ozona/Palm Harbor. This waterfront property was just the ticket for my family and I to relax for a week and close out a challenging 2020 year. Many of my family enjoyed the fishing available right off the two docks in this property where you could catch snook, tarpon, snapper, catfish, etc. They provide multiple patio's to sit and enjoy the view and the balmy breezes as well as fire pits to extend the evenings. The entire vibe of this place is easy going and laid-back. The accommodations are comfortable with everything needed to cook. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat for several days that you could take out on the Gulf and then drive back to the house to dock and have lunch. There are numerous quality restaurants within a couple of miles with several within walking distance. The people are friendly and the weather we enjoyed was spectacular. Thank you to Anthony and Yasmyn for opening up your villas to my family and I as we had a wonderful time!! Any concerns were addressed quickly and you were a pleasure to rent from. I look forward to returning again next year.

Originally from New Jersey, My wife Yasmyn and I have lived together in Ozona for over a decade. I actually moved here in 1990 from NJ. We love it! There's not many better places to live. We have cities like Dunedin voted Best City to live and beaches like Clearwater Beach, voted Americas #1 Beach 2019 by Tripadvisor, Caladesi Island which was recentl voted #1 beach in America and so many other treasures like Honeymoon Island, Tarpon Springs etc.

We had to purchase this property when it hit the market because of the waterfront location and the proximity to our home. It's not far from our home which allows us to manage the property in such a way to keep it as perfect as possible.

It was the neighborhood and waterfront setting that intrigued us to buy it.
