Close to Old Town with hot tub/pool, lovely 1 bedroom condo 771 sqft w/balcony.

This wonderful upstairs condo is located in a building with 7 other units. It faces north with views of Camelback mountain from the balcony. The famous Arizona Country Club is close by as is shopping, restaurants, entertainment etc..A covered parking spot is included in the rent.
The cozy place is well equipped and furnished. As you enter into the living area lovely dessert art displays enrich your senses. A queen size purple couch, two glass top side and one coffee tables with lamps, a comfortable reading chair, a bookcase with television, stereo, books, mood lamps, area information and glass art enrich this room. A fireplace is also available.
Across from the living room is the open kitchen with the dining area off on the side. The fully equipped kitchen features 4 burner stove w/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge w/freezer compartment. Plenty of dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker etc. are provided.
The glass top dining room table seats 4. A breakfast bar seats two. Here is also a guest closet for extra storage.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, a large walk in closet, lovely art, large dresser w/mirror, a desk and chair for the computer and another chair for relaxing. Two nightstands with lamps make this an attractive bedroom.
The bathroom has vanity, sink, medicine cabinet with mirror front, bathtub w/ overhead rain shower, towel racks and plenty of towels.
New laminated hardwood flooring installed in 2018. Covered car parking spot number 83 provides shade for your car.

Not what we expected.

Pic’s of the complex & residence were misleading. Led you to believe there was a pool view, parking lot view. Carpet was not clean. Bed was not the one pictured in ad. Washed the sheets & found big stain on underside of bedspread. Waited 4 days for internet service. Too much money for what we received.
