We had a really pleasant stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Our kids had an absolute blast exploring the property — there were so many critters to discover and plenty of woods to wander around.Our only disappointment was that the pool heater was broken, so we weren't able to get as much pool time as we had hoped. That said, Alan was quick to send someone out to take a look and ultimately refunded us the extra pool heating charge, which we really appreciated.The location was probably our favorite part. It's close to both Woodstock and Phoenicia, with tons of beautiful natural spots nearby, including the reservoir. It was a great home base for exploring the area.We'd definitely book this place again!
