Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please observe quiet hours from 10PM - 7AM and kindly respect the residential neighborhood.
Owner may access dock only to use/maintain boat/jet ski. Will not enter home and will respect guest privacy at all times.

Great location! Wonderful neighborhood brewpub, and a couple restaurants within walking distance. Loved using the kayaks and pool. House was perfect for us and our group.
