Unit 107 puts the ocean on display with a wall of windows in this privately owned studio condo, as well as a ground-level patio steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance. Up to 4 people fit comfortably in this space, with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed. A walk-in shower and a fully stocked kitchenette with full-sized appliances, in addition to the amenities offered by the HOA (Wi-Fi, cable, and indoor pool) make D Sands Condominiums the perfect destination! This condo has a full kitchen with the basics: cookware, pots and pans, dishes, silverware and appliances.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
