Other details to note Heated Pool: pool heater installed December 2025. The pool can be heated for a $35/day fee. Please note, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay (no partial heating). It is typically heated to 83-88°F depending on ambient temperature, and will be heated up to 20-25 degrees above ambient temperature if the outside temperature is below 50°F. Please note, it is not a hot tub.

The jacuzzi spot is not set up to run with jets and is not heated any different then the pool.

Propane for grill is guest responsibility.
